Sterilise your cats! 🐈 🐈⬛
Why is it beneficial for you and your cats?
First and foremost, your cat will get to live longer 👍! Spayed female cats in the study lived 39% longer and neutered male cats lived 62% longer.
Spaying a female cat🐱, especially before the first heat, helps prevent uterine infections, uterine cancers, and breast cancer. Neutering male cats 🐱 eliminates the chances of testicular cancer and lowers the risk of prostate problems. Generally, spayed ✂️ and neutered ✂️ pets live healthier, longer, and happier lives.
So we woman having menses🩸 cramps every month, it’s like u know, female cats going on heat every single month, as often as every 2-3 weeks even, so maybe twice a month if it’s every two weeks? Also, cats don’t go through menopause, so heats continue in senior cats! It’s definitely a very painful thing for them, I believe it’s worse than menses🩸cramps! They will keep meowing to attract a male cat, then! Have lots of babies! On average cats can produce a litter three times a year!
Also Pyometra generally occurs after a few heat cycle, with no mating 😱. ( Due to repeated thickening of the uterine lining), and they require an emergency spay surgery.)
Pyometra which is a serious uterine infection that affect unspayed female cats. that causes the uterus to fill with pus and bacteria, and can lead to a ruptured uterus, shock, and death.⚰️
Bloody, purulent vaginal discharge and abdominal swelling are the most indicative symptoms of pyometra.
Like some will say they don’t wan to go against nature it’s very cruel to sterilize ✂️them 😓, but infact u are helping them to make them feel more comfortable, so the females 🐈⬛ will not need to suffer every month. The males 🐈⬛, won’t get into fights, being very territorial n do marking. (your also doing favour, or ur house will be filled with P*e smell and lots of kittens)
So I believe being a pawrent u will want ur cats to live healthier and longer, so u will not spend so much on vet fees? And to live longer, meaning they will be by ur side for a longer period of time 🕰️ ! Also for the males, they will not mark all over your house, making your house like a cat litter box! 😂
Do u guys realise that, there’s a lot of abandonment happening all the time? And why is that so? One of the reason is that, this family do not practice sterilisation. And when the female cat keep getting pregnant and get way out of hand. Abandonment starts, hoarding starts, inbreeding starts, backyard breeding starts.
So I always emphasise on sterilisation ✂️ on any pets tat can be sterilised not only cats actually. I dun believe in unwanted pregnancy 🙅♀️, unethical breeding ❌, to earn from them ❌, to make them suffer child birth pain 🙅, for no reason.
There are so many cats 🐱 and kittens 🐱 up for adoption, tons and tons of them! So why would I want to add more burden to all the rescuers, by not sterilising my cat and allowing them to breed?
I only believe in providing my pets a comfortable and carefree life, free from parents responsibility as it’s our duty to sterilise them ✂️.
Is there a way to prevent heat?
The best, safest way to prevent heats is with a 𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗬.
I will like to say tat abandonment and backyard breeding is an offence here in Singapore. Check out below 👇
Those who abandon their pets can be charged under the Animals and Birds Act. First-time offenders who fail in the duty of care to their pets can be fined a maximum of S$10,000, be jailed for up to 12 months, or both.
The penalty for keeping animals in captivity for sale without a license, under the Animals and Birds Act, is a fine of up to S$5,000, up to six months in jail, or both.

You will be of great help to those cats being abused, also those abusers earning money 💰 through this way, then they will learn their lesson.
Usually their cats are not tat healthy, filled with fur mites, ear👂mites, lice🕷️! So when mummy cat is not healthy, and too many pregnancy, there’s a possibility tat the whole litter will be still born.
Oscar, Simba and Bella, they are from a backyard breeder. Oscar pass on at age 1, Simba pass on at age 2, the only survivor now is Bella, sterilised after 2 pregnancy, first litter all 4 survived, the 2nd litter 2 pass on and 1 survived.
As for Oscar,Simba and Bella mother, she have already passed on, when she was still very much alive they just kept using her to breed till her last breath.😭 even after giving birth to all still born babies, they still used her for breeding purposes, not willing to sterilise her! 😡
