**New batch of Mini Pomeranians and chihuahua (20 over) for adoption.**
All our dogs are Adults, no puppy or not puppy. Some comes with medical condition that the future owners need to follow up on with, and some of the medical condition required a pretty hefty amount for treatment (some of them).
Please do read thru this prior to answering the questions below;
1) Are you able to handle a dog that is not toilet trained? And start training them and this may required sometime.
2) Are You able to commit to their medical needs should they are unwell? We all do know that the medical expenses are very expensive and we can’t use Medisave on them. Their medical bills can easily clock up to thousands anytime, are your ready?
3) we don’t believe in hypoallergenic dogs, so we are unable or assure you that if the dogs are hypoallergenic, only shop says that not shelter, because to us, they are all the same, regardless.
4) maintaining of their daily expenses are not cheap either, grooming, their diet, their medical, training, boarding (if you travel), these are all adding on to your expenses, are you ready?
5) Applying of licensing with the authority, Nparks AVS, this is also cost involved and is a must to do for all our adopted dogs.
6) Are you able to commit till their very end?
7) By reading the questionnaire, I understand that the medical potentially involved can be costly, first initial check can range from $500-$$800, potentially teeth extraction and spaying/neutering $1200 or above.
After reading the above mentioned, if you are able to commit, Please answer to the questions stated, those plain email without any introduction will not be entertain. ONLY Selected Successful applicants will be informed via email and will get to meet the dog, and a face to face second round of interview and screening will be scheduled. No PM will be entertain.

17) applicants must be of 21 years old and above, the entire family must be present during the interviewing and screening, if you do have helpers back home, helpers will be needed to be present during the interview.

19) All adopted dogs has to be sterilized and are not allowed to be use for any breeding.

Remb, only selected families will receive a reply for the next interview. If you don’t receive a call or email reply within 2 weeks, likely the application is not successful.
