Meet Gilbert, our gentle sweetheart up for adoption!
He came in with a blocked bladder and many wounds on his body, close to death ): But despite all that, he fought to survive. Though he was in a lot of pain, he was sweet to everyone who treated him. He still has a big wound on his body, but is recovering well.

Vernon was a stray, and he came to Canopy Vets in April this year with a fractured leg. At that point in time, our vets assessed that the fracture was severe and happened at least a week prior, probably caused by a fall from height or road traffic accident. Despite being in so much pain, Vernon was so brave, and he never once hissed or tried to scratch us when we tended to his wound. It was there and then that the Canopy Team decided to treat and care for him until he got better. Unfortunately, due to the severity and risk of infection, his leg could not be saved.

• Amazing temperament. Seems to be good with most hoomans and other cats!
