Looking for blood type A donor for my cat Fei Hei . His red blood cell count is dropping dangerously low and the emergency vet hasn’t found the cause .
Donor cat is to be:
Over 5kg,
1-8 years old with no known history of health problem and medical conditions, no known history of murmur and seizure, never received a blood plasma , blood transfusion and has not been pregnant.
If anyone is able to help , please contact Tanya at 98469393 . The procedure will take 3-4 hours and checks will be made to ensure that donor cat is suitable before proceeding. Costs will be covered by Tanya.
(PS. Pls note that if you do not know your cat's blood type, fret not. Blood typing can be done at the vet when the other health screening checks are done. So feel free to call up the stated contact if you are interested in donating)

The remaining 7 cats that has been unceremoniously abandoned 2 years ago while on the pretext of boarding. All of them have bad oral health issues and 1 is FELV positive.
The last 2 photos of the cats were abandoned at the industrial area and tested positive with FELV, while Chicken was rescued from hoarding situation. He’s diagnosed with severe skin issues and hormone deficiency.

The cost for her surgery and other follow up treatments is estimated to be around $5000. She will be going for her surgery if we manage to raise enough funds for it. The invoice for her abdominal scan is included in this post as well.

Based on the abdo scan done, the LEFT functional kidney apprears to have some chronic inflammation but otherwise structure still ok. The RIGHT kidney is somewhat non existent.
The intestinal tract also appears to be thickened and may suggest some degree of inflammatory bowel disease/ pancreatitis etc if butterscotch is showing symptoms of vomiting etc.
Her RIGHT kidney / capsule and structure would need to be remove since it is non functional.

Having a pet is a lifetime commitment. You don’t forsake them when they are sick.
I was approached by an elderly auntie who adamantly asked me to take in her supposedly rescued Bengal cat, before she dumped her at a wet market!
At first sight, most would have thought that she’s pregnant. But on a closer look, I knew that it’s just more than kittens in her belly.
As it was during the weekend, I did manage to get an appointment slot for her last Monday.
Upon examination and under sedation, Butterscotch is suspected to have Perinephric pseudocyst of the RIGHT kidney where fluid is build around the kidney under a capsule. The kidney structure is abnormal.
Vet managed to drained out 250 ml of fluids on 8/1/2024.
Fluid may need to be drained periodically or removal of the right kidney may be necessary, while waiting for referral to a specialist.
As we still have more than 40 cat rescue under our care, we humbly seek contributors for Butterscotch medical bills and her upcoming vet check/referral specialist visit. Attached are her bills from the first visit.

This serves as a warning to pet owners and their families who decided to dumped their poor cats at a boarding facility, when their marriage falls apart. After being boarded for almost 2 years, no visits, radio silence, unpaid boarding fees & the owner’s nonchalant, unreasonable and unremorseful attitude, we had no choice but to find a solution to this issue. We brought all of his 7 cats to his parents place, hoping that there would be a solution to this never ending disagreement between the said party and Little Kats. Unfortunately, all of them said that this is between their son and the management, and that they had nothing to do with this issue.
For the past 2 years, the owner for these cats were charged only for the food and daily necessities of the cats.
There are a total of 8 cats of which 1 of them, had been adopted out to a responsible family. The remaining 7 cats, of which one of them was found to be tested positive with FELV(feline leukemia virus), had required veterinary attention due to our regulatory requirement to upkeep and ensure all vaccinations/deworming/internal & external parasite treatments are up to date.
As we have more than 50 rescues on hand plus 35 industrial cats, that we had been caring for the past 14 years, we would like to request assistance for the contribution of these poor cats.
Like the above mentioned family had said, money has always been the issue and that was the reason why they refuse to pay or take the cats back and care for them, but they forget that these poor animals are living beings with emotions and needs, and they are the ones that have to pay the price of their owner’s neglect & unjustified actions.

This is why one should not abandoned their pet cats at the industrial area. Cloudy was found limping and chasing after us for food, while we fed the regular kitties at the usual area.
Those I had done TNRM are mostly tabbies and blackies but not Cloudy.
He was found to have a very bad infection on his front and hind legs, bad gums and tested positive for FELV. (Feline Leukaemia)
Vet confirmed that FELV cats won’t have an extended lifespan.
Cloudy will be boarded as his wound needs daily cleaning and he cannot be release back at the industrial area.
He’s fixed and estimated around 4-5 years old. He was microchip but unfortunately not registered with the authorities.
I am looking for someone who could sponsor his boarding for long term and his medical fees.

Haja was once a victim of animal hoarding in a deplorable environment. She was only 4 months old back then, feral, unwell, malnourished and visibly scared with the rest of her 33 feline friends. It took us almost a year to have all of them treated and getting Haja to trust us.
Research have shown that there are several types of classification of animal hoarding, in which one of it was :-
Exploiter hoarders, who acquire animals purely to serve their own needs. They lack empathy for animals or people and acquire animals actively but then they show indifference to their suffering.

Life is a series of tiny little miracles. Notice them and be thankful. Sasha has been walking a little bit more than usual at the clinic. Here’s a video of her getting affection with the dedicated medical team from Furiends 🥰
When there is love, there is life. Our special rescue, Sasha has improved tremendously, while still being warded and cared for by the great team of Dr K. Blood test taken before and after looks promising. As of now, she is still on tube feeding but I’m hopeful that she will be able to eat on her own in time to come. From the video taken, she is able to chew slightly and swallow the food by the side of her mouth. In the meantime, we are still waiting for the specialist to see Sasha and access her condition. Thank you wonderful kind people for your kindness and positive thoughts to our Sasha ❤️
