👋🏻hello! We’ve got new limited 16 packs of 1kg 2nd cut Momi timothy hay. Every pack is checked by me, green n nice.

New momi stock is said to arrive 1.5weeks later but i wont bet on it, cos the issue had been ongoing for the last month ish. U guys see see okay? So far the hay brand that i see that is not too shabby is the apd timothy gold, alittle on the pricey side but please do check the physical stock ya, dont just take my word for it. Cos hay quality will vary from time to time, sometimes more leafy sometimes more stalky.

📢hellos! Momi 2nd cut timothy hay is in stock, but we only have the 1kg pack, quality is green and quite leafy, not bad.🌿🌿

As many of you are already aware that we have sent back a few batches of Momi 2.5kg hay because of quality issues. And some of you personally smelt and saw the less-than-ideal quality yourselves.
We have no idea when momi will change to new stock but we definitely wont have the 2.5kg anytime soon (not in the next month or so).

🤭🤭So for owners of picky bunnies and guinea pigs, maybe you might like to consider the smaller pack of 1kg instead ya?

We are officially 14!!! 🎉🥳
Someone said, wahh 14 is a very long time... I looked back at my life and realised this has been so much a part of me that i didnt realise how far Scruffiez has come. haha.
We indeed grew to a team of 3.5, (which i honestly never expected that a little hobby/sideline i did back in uni days would bring us here), we got our place renovateddddd finally (still not 100% done), we started mobile grooming in the west (once a month) and now we just introduced 2 way transport for groomings to the shop. These took courage and change and we did all these in the past 1 year!
I dont know where this will take us, but i know that we like to continue serving the bunnies and forsee ourselves doing this into retirement (if our backs can tahan 🤭).
So anyways we are closed alittle earlier today cos we are headed out to celebrate our bestie's birthday and also scruffiez'.

I just wanna thank everyone who has crossed our paths, thanks for the trust, support, experiences shared and lessons learnt. Im looking forward to serving more of you and learning more about life along the way (: i guess i could say we are happy we are doing what we doing, it feels strange to even use the word "working", cos, yes it actually is work, but somehow its this enjoyment, sense of achievement turning a rabbit/pig from messydirty to neatclean, babytalks with the animals, fun, jokes about song lyrics, calling into radio stations, chitchats with customers and among ourselves, talking about everything under the sun. We are a family here, we work together, play together, support each other (:

I'll post more about the 2way transport thingy soon. Basically pickups on weekday. Oh, and a gentle reminder to make appointments earlier ok? Else i feel bad to keep rejecting for last minute appts ah.

Who has siblings in the family, and there will usually be 1 garang/rebel/do-things-as-he-pleases, 1 goody-guaiguai and another that tries to be guaiguai as a front and dashes off to do other things when given the chance?

Same for these brothers. 3 black boys but different character 😄.

Note that mini lops are medium sized lops reaching 2-3kg when adult. (Not a small lop ya, even though the breed is "mini"). Rabbits are fragile animals and requires 8-10years of dedicated care, they shed a full coat about 3-4times a year and may go thru behavioural changes during maturity. Please research before deciding to get a rabbit ya?

🥬Green, leafy, thick and long leaves with acceptable level of stalks that are not too thick. Not too dusty also. All worth the effort to pack these way into the night.

Come come, momi arrived!
Its a mix of small stalks and green leaves. Leaves not very broad, some pack has quite thin leaves. Generally not super hard nor super soft packets. Smell is fresh and good green batch. The kids like it. We do have some packs with more stalks (those are less dusty also).

Ohmygoddddd so cute right.. lionlionlionsssss 🦁! Single mane lionheads! Their general body coat is short and will be short through adulthood like a dwarf or lop. The only longish furs will be around the head and chest/neck and butt skirting. The flyaway fur can be easily trimmed. So these are lower maintenance lionheads compared to those doublemane or doublewool types.

Momi 2nd cut timothy hay arriveddddd!!! Nice green softer bags, thin leaves but soft, mixed with little soft stalks! My kids are going to gobble these haha! But note that since theres thinner leaves, theres smaller hay bits at the bottom as well. this batch is not bad, one of the better batch from the last 6mths. 📌After ploughing thru more than 50 packs, i noticed quite some variations in quality. Just to update on the new batch of 2nd cut momi hay . The new batch is green and fresh and smells really good. has good leaves, BUT it is stalkier than usual. It is not crazy stalky la, we have seen worst, but do note that this has quite abit of stems if you’re comparing to feb/march batches. The stems are not very thick, but u guys know la, some rabbits n pigs, refuse to eat stems means refuse, as long as theres stems -they wont touch.. So please buy with caution ya
