As a groomer of groomers and a judge of judges, Victor Rosado has dedicated over 30 years to contributing to the industry.

As one of the world’s top grooming judges, Mr. Victor Rosado executes his assignments at shows with a wide range of technical judging in both conformation and grooming tournaments. He actively judges International and National All Breed Dog Shows and All Class Grooming Competitions worldwide.

Hailing from the USA, Victor Rosado is an icon in the industry with an impressive wealth of experience and achievements. Host, speaker and entertainer at most of the main international grooming shows around.

He is valued in the industry for being one of the top and most complete groomers, judge, speaker, coach, seminar speaker, and presenter that we have worldwide.

Please welcome Mr.Joey Villani, our prestigious judge of HYPONIC IGC 2025!

Joey Villani’s life in pet care and grooming began (1974) when he was only nine years old, during a visit to the Super Dog Salon in New Jersey. Invited to lend a hand by salon owner and family friend, John Nash, Joey brushed a sheepdog named Cecilia and so began an unbelievable career.

In 1998, he purchased the Nash Academy in New Jersey, considered an ivy league grooming school which he owned and operated until 2008.

Now a well-known pet industry speaker and judge, Joey has been nominated 14 times for the Cardinal Crystal and Barkleigh honors awards. He has been enthusiastically involved with Intergroom International for 33 years and has been instrumental in expanding the organization’s reach into Belgium, Italy, and France.

He is one of the original members of the International Judges Association. His outgoing nature and unforgettable charisma have made Joey a natural television personality, with appearances on The Today Show, Good Morning America, Good Day NY, and Animal Planet’s Dogs 101 and Groomer Has it and Pooch Perfect.

Today, Joey continues to innovate and explore new dimensions in the pet care and grooming industry. In early 2009, Joey became part of the Animal Radio on-air staff where he is known as "The Dogfather.

An industry veteran, Teri has owned and operated successful salons and mobiles in Florida and California.

An award-winning grooming contest competitor, Teri was a member of three GroomTeam USA Gold Medal teams and held the positions of GroomTeam USA Treasurer and Board Member.

Teri is the recipient of multiple Barkleigh Honors and Cardinal Crystal Awards for Journalism, Judge, Groomer of the Year, and Outstanding Contributions to the Industry.

She is also the recipient of the American Kennel Club’s Leadership Award. She is a Co-founder and President of the California Professional Pet Groomers Association, Inc.

Teri is a popular speaker and judge at seminars and trade shows around the globe. She recently served on the Task Committee for the WPA Professional Groomer Credentialing and contributed to the writing of the PPGSA Standards of Care, Safety, and Sanitation.

Co-founder, past-president, and show chair of the Boca Raton Dog Club in Florida, Teri’s dog show career included Dobermans, Tibetan Terriers, and Standard Poodles in the breed and obedience ring.

Please welcome Mr.Roberto Garcia, our prestigious judge of HYPONIC IGC 2025!

Roberto Garcia started in the dog world at the age of 12, taking care of dogs in a shelter, where he discovered the branch he liked the most, taking care of their physical appearance.

At the age of 14, he took his first dog to an exhibition. At the age of 18, he acquired his first Kerry Blue, and since then he has won dozens of championships with specimens of different breeds and coats.

He has managed to become a champion in the 4 main categories. In 2017, he climbed up a new level and gave several seminars at a national and international level, in countries such as Hungary, Costa Rica, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and China.

He was invited as a judge for the largest grooming championship in Brazil, "Mastergroom", and in one of the most prestigious tournaments in China. Speaker at the Artero Conference 2023 and 2024.

He currently works at a veterinary center in Palencia and collaborates in the preparation of dogs for the Besaya and Sanpitas affix shows. His passion continues to be dogs, the more difficult the challenge, the more interested he is.

Please welcome Mr. Felipe Corrêa, our prestigious judge of HYPONIC IGC 2025!

A grooming professional for over 21 years, Felipe Corrêa stands out in the job market for his work and the creation of numerous trimming and grooming techniques. Among his most renowned works is the famous "Commercial Tail Coloring," recognized worldwide by CGA (Creative Groomers Association).

He is the creator of the most advanced technical and operational protocols in the grooming industry. These were developed during his management at Pet Center Marginal (Petz), where he led a team of 300 grooming professionals across more than 80 stores, as well as in his former company, Galharde Academy.

He is a certified commercial categories judge by IGA (International Groomers Association) since 2015, when he completed his theoretical and practical exam in Thailand. His judging experience includes Brazil's most significant competitions and important championships in other countries such as China, Thailand, Costa Rica, Spain, Quito, Chile, Bolivia, among others.

In addition to being a judge, he is also the director and co-producer of Brazilian championships, such as: RAINBOW GROOM, PET SUMMIT, MASTER GROOM, GROOM SUL, THE BEST GROOMER PETZ, IGA CERTIFICATION.

He has won numerous gold and silver medals as a competitor throughout his career, including a Best in Show world title in a competition in Thailand involving 18 countries. In that same event, he received three recognition trophies: International Groomer, Groomer of the Year, and "SILVER BUDDY," a recognition award for outstanding groomers chosen by Australian groomers. He was also a substitute member of the first Brazilian grooming team (5th place worldwide - Italy).

Felipe is a national and international speaker. For his grooming training, he attended schools such as "HUNDSALON FINO" in Germany and "STAR WOOD CENTER" in Thailand. His instructors include some of the biggest names in the global grooming market: SATHIT (Thailand), KEYKO (Japan), LAYLI (China), and SANDRO ALBAREZ (Brazil), among others who played an essential role in his education.

He holds international certifications from EGA-Europe (European Groomers Association) and IGA-Asia (International Groomers Association). He is part of the teams of leading brands in the pet market, such as Dog & Co and Grooming Muito Pop e.equipe.

Currently, Felipe is the owner of Casa Corrêa (VIP Specializations) and Viver de Tosa (Online Specialization Courses).
