Dear SKC Members,
Please be informed, from the June 2024 dog show registration, and future shows, the Singapore Kennel Club (SKC) will do the following to enhance communication.

1. Announcement of Registration Start Date: Moving forward, SKC will announce the start date for show registrations via our official website and social media channels. This will ensure that all members have access to timely information regarding registration timelines.
2. E-Blast Notification: On the actual registration day, SKC will send out an e-blast notification to all members, informing that the show registration has officially opened. This will allow members to promptly submit their entries and secure their spots in the upcoming shows.

Other important notes about registration:

1. Limited Power Point Rental: For members planning to participate in shows held at the Macpherson Community Club, please note that power point rental is limited. Power points will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon submission of the registration form and payment. It's important to understand that SKC will not be held responsible if a member fails to secure a power point rental.
2. Exhibitor Pass: It is imperative that members review and verify their exhibitor pass details before the commencement of the show judging. We kindly request all exhibitors to double-check their pass information for accuracy. Once the judging begins, no disputes regarding pass details will be entertained.

Lastly, we emphasize the importance of ensuring sufficient handlers for all entries you plan to exhibit. In the event of group clashes, please ensure that there are ample handlers available for each entry. We will not be able to pause the show to wait for any individual. Prompt handling of entries is crucial for the smooth progression of the show.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to improve the overall experience for all our members. Your support and adherence to these guidelines are greatly appreciated.

Keen to join the member-only fun jumpers run in the coming Pet Expo event? We are inviting 20 trained small or medium dog teams to run / demo on the carpet-ground ring. Good opportunity for environmental training and exposure. Also helping to promote the sport to the public.
