Creating a great store experience takes a village. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help of , the creative minds behind our branding, .studio, the boutique design studio that poured their whole heart into making our dream store come true, and all our pet industry partners like who supported us when we first started out as a newbie online store, who was on standby when our card terminal person didn’t turn up, and who send us our orders so speedily so we can always be well-stocked, and who formulated our first collab; our favourite paw cleanser and now the signature scent of the store. ⁣⁣

Our first physical retail store after a decade in the online pet business. ⁣
⁣
It’s been a fun, exciting, and terrifying experience. After 2 weeks serving you in person, the best part for us is meeting so many lovely pups (they are just the best!) and getting to learn so much about your beloved dogs and cats, their likes and dislikes and the issues that they face. This will help us continue to curate products with even more care. ⁣
⁣
It’s kind of like a new beginning to another stage of learning journey and we hope to meet even more dedicated pet parents. ⁣
⁣
Come say hi with your pets. Our store welcome pets but they have to be in a carrier or stroller at the common areas of the mall. We are open daily!
