For the safety of the animals, we will not be taking new clients of the following:

1. Senior pets above 9yo
2. Pets with underlying health issue
3. Pets not receptive to grooming

Please share honestly the issues that your pet has/had. We will consider only if the process of grooming will not pose an immediate health risk to the pet.

If pet is calmer with your presence, we will require you to stay throughout the whole grooming process.

At this point, we do not have the mental & physical capacity to comfort groom every single furby.

We apologise if we are unable to accommodate you in.

You are our first OES. And we always put our heart & soul into grooming you.

You came here as a 3 month old pup in nov 2020 until you are all grown up.

Friendly. Patient. Cheerful. Cheeky.

You are turning 2 soon but I guess god has other plans for you. Your short time here on earth has touched the lives of many.
