When traveling overseas, ensure your chinchillas are not left unattended for extended periods. It is recommended to install a camera and arrange for a reliable caregiver to monitor their well-being. Regret on something that can’t be reversed is indeed heart wrenching

Please do not smoke in the aircon room with chinchillas. It can be really damaging to them. One chinchilla almost died from inhalation of smoke
