IEM cables are consumable items since most of them will see heavy daily usage, being pulled, stretched, tangled, knotted, cut or even chewed by pet are common to be seen. We have provided at least one year warranty on all of our cable and it is backed by a strong customer service and production team. We have an easily accessible store front in CBD Singapore and the production team is also located locally to make sure our goods are 100% made in Singapore. Such arrangement made it possible to create an efficient ordering and RMA system, unlike many other brands who outsource production to cheaper labor countries, in the event of RMA, it takes weeks or even months to conclude. Established in 2008 with a simple goal of fulfilling custom cable demands from local audiophile and portable Hi-fi community, Null Audio set off on the decade long journey in elevating the relevance of 'Made in Singapore' name-tag and establishing our core value of high performance, high value and affordable music systems to audiophiles and professionals alike.

Being the pioneer of artisanal cable builder, the Lune series is the first ever upgrade cable specifically designed for In-Ear Monitors. Null Audio cables are engineered based on performance in electrodynamics and manufactured with meticulously chosen material and components, knowing full well throwing exotica and bling into the mix alone does not always translate to performance. Null Audio cables lead the industry in design, value and service. We take the scientific approach in product R&D and intend to provide genuine value and competitive performance rather than arbitrary whims.
