Dear Customer, Thank you for your support we only have a limited slot available in January due to CNY, so some of the dates that you want might not be available. We no longer take the waiting list as it is too many. Those who can confirm the appointment 1st we will secure your slot as long it is still available. Due to too many messages, we might have delays in responding to your WhatsApp. We apologize for the shortcomings and during this few days and we been received many WhatsApp messages. We had a customer who booked a pet transport but failed to inform us that they were unable to do the grooming today due to being hospitalized that we just knew when the pet transporter arrived at thier home after several calls in the morning.

When the pet transport arrived at the house, offcourse nobody was there. Since this pet transport is not operated by our company, but by a third party, Purrfect Meows does not take any commission from the pet transporter.

We requested that she pay for the one-way transport charged by the pet transporter. However, to my surprise, they chose not to pay.

The question is, is it fair for us to bear the cost when the owner booked the transport, but when it arrived at their location, they did not want to pay? Their reason is that they did not use the service, even though the pet transporter had already arrived at their location.

We have been operating since 2019 and this is the 1st time Owner who do not want to take responsibility for failed to update that they want to cancel the trip. We usually base on mutual trust and respect with our customers. We are a small company whom operate only on weekend. So far we have build a good relationship with all our customers without taking any deposit when booking. So i do hope we can build this friendship with all new customer with mutual trust and respect.
