Unfortunately, we have come to a situation where he can no longer live with us due to the lack of coexistence with our little daughter, whom he has already bitten several times in the head and face area.
Kirk has bitten my daughter about 5 times in two and a half years.
The first attacks were always just small scratches from his teeth, caused more by the clumsiness and erratic movements of the little child. The last two bites were about a year apart and completely unexpectedly without any warning signal from Kirk.
Kirk is very nice to children and is tolerant, but sometimes there is a short circuit, fright or an encroachment on his personal space and he solves it by biting. His behavior has not been addressed with any trainer. The solution for us was to constantly watch, control and separate Kirk so that he did not get too close to our daughter, but even then we did not always keep an eye on him. The last time Kirk bit our daughter was in December 2024 and we realized that for the safety of our daughter we had to put Kirk out of the house.
Kirk is still very active for his age, has experience with obedience, agility and canicross. He is trained and well-mannered, loves walks in nature and is a good companion for any activity.
Kirk is completely healthy without any serious illnesses during his life.
Kirk has a hard time with the company of other males, he likes and respects bi***es. Therefore he is not suitable for a pack with other dogs.
