How to send a Serum to the Labo in Japan
by yourself

You will take ①the serum and ②antibody titer examination application form that we issued when you travel to Japan in a cool bag with your baggage.

Pay 15,000 yen to the bank account of the Labo(RIAS) in Japan and keep ③that slip

Send the above three items ①②③from the post office in Japan by cool mail.

当院でお渡しする①血清　②検査申請用紙を手荷物で持ち帰ります。念のためクールバッグに入れます。
日本の検査センター口座に15,000円を支払い、③払込票またはプリントアウトした払込記録 を①②と一緒に郵便局から検査センターへクール便で送ります。

これまで世界どの国にも日本のセンターの結果は有効でしたが、2024年６月からインターナショナルライセンスが切れ、
日本の検査センターの結果ではEU諸国やアジアの一部の国への入国ができなくなりました。（それ以前の結果は有効です）

EU諸国への出国へ有効な国のリスト内にあるイギリス、ドイツのセンターでの検査承ります。
