Get in contact with us for an appointment to try out a range of samples. Microgreens are one week old, tiny vegetables. Small but with a big taste! All the flavour which is stored in the seeds is at its strongest a few days after germination. Our greens are about a week old giving you the fullest flavor and the strongest taste available on the market. Maarten’s Microgreens we produce delicious, de

corative greens for a great price. Our greens are locally grown and pesticide free, as healthy as possible, full of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Go to the photo gallery to find out which Microgreens are available. Order Mr. Maarten’s Microgreens through Choice Foods Thailand and Pura Organics Phuket for use in restaurants or hotels or at Radiance Wholefoods Bangkok for personal use. All our greens can be stored around 7 days at 3-10 degrees. Make sure the media in which the sprouts grow stays moist. When it gets dry, just add water, let it soak up and drain well by holding the box on its side.

ปกติทาน บล๊อกโคลี่ ไมโครกรีนส์ อยู่แล้วด้วยปั่นเปนสมูธตี้ทานเป็นอาหารเช้า อยากเอาความรู้มาแบ่งปัน อยากให้ทุกคนหันมาดูแลสุขภาพกันมากขึ้นนะคะ ❤️

“ไมโครกรีน” คือ ต้นอ่อนของพืชผักชนิดต่างๆ ที่มีการงอกและยังเจริญเติบโตไม่เต็มที่ โดยอาจเพาะจากเมล็ดของพืช ผัก สมุนไพร หรือธัญพืชต่างๆ จุดเด่นของไมโครกรีนที่แตกต่างจากผักทั่วไป คือ แม้ไมโครกรีนจะเป็นผักขนาดจิ๋ว ต้นเล็กๆ แต่มีรายงานวิจัยพบว่า ไมโครกรีน มีปริมาณสารอาหารและสารพฤกษเคมีสูง เช่น ปริมาณวิตามินซี แคโรทีนอยด์ สารประกอบฟีนอล ปริมาณธาตุต่างๆ (Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Sn และ Mo) โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งสารต้านมะเร็งสูงกว่าในผักโตเต็มวัยทั่วไป
