1. Feed ingredients of soy protein concentrates, manufacturing by biotechnological technology, fermentation and hydrolysation, to be used as substitution for fish meal, soybean meal, skimmed milk, soy protein (heated treatment) concentrate, full fat soya bean, and milk replacer. The product has enriched with excellent short soy peptides, very low in antigens and trypsin inhibitor, high bioavailability and palatability, having mainly molecular weight of less than 3,000-6,000 daltons. Mainly developed to be used for layers, calf, piglets, and some high value aquatic animal like shrimp, fish etc.
2. Feed ingredients of organic minerals are mineral salts that are chemically bonded to an organic molecules e.g. a protein or hydrolysed protein or amino acid/acids. Organic mineral type proteinate is the product resulting from chemical reaction of a soluble metal salt with partial hydrolyzed protein containing short soy peptides. Use of organic mineral type proteinate help increase in high level of mineral in serum as can be highly absorbed much better than conventional inorganic minerals, thus help protect mineral deficiencies in animals. Result can be expected in overall improvement of general health as well as giving better immunity after vaccination. Organic mineral type metal amino acid chelate is the latest innovative product resulting from chemical reaction of a metal ion from soluble metal salt with amino acid, having a mole ratio of one mole of metal to one to three (preferably two) moles of amino acids. The average weight of the hydrolyze amino acids is approximately 150 and the resulting molecular weight of the chelate is not exceed 800 dalton. Organic mineral type amino acid chelate can be absorbed intact and give a highest absorption in gastro-intestinal tract in every kind of animal.
