We have decided to no 🛑 longer accept unneutered males and also females in heat 🔥 🥵.
If your unneutered dog has been with us before and clearly is not acting out 🤪 (not trying to hump everyone in sight) we will make an exception.

Also aggressive and strongly reactive behaviour in dogs we can not accept.

We require free TEST trials 1-1,5 h (by appointment only) before you book your dog in with us.

We try to stay as flexible as we can with your drop offs and pick up times ⌚ and we do want to stay that way in the future 😁 .
What we can no longer do is change the bill (that instant) when you pick up your dog earlier and without notice.

Please reserve/book ahead as early as you can. Please always indicate drop off and pick up time.
We hate to decline your enquiry for booking because of a full house. 🗓️

Explanation of how we calculate a stay with us:
4.5h. Half day
8h. Day
24h. Full day/night 🌞/🌙

When you bring your dog at 8.30am und pick up at 11am the next day, it is calculated as 1,5 day. (Not new, it has been like that since the beginning, but from time to time we have clients who don't understand it).

Please be on time ⏰ for drop off or pick up. If you are late or much earlier than we expect you, give us short notice via WhatsApp or LINE.
Why? Because our guest dogs need to wait inside the house when a dog arrives or leaves. We also want to prepare your dogs items and hand over your pet clean and ready to go.
Also our poor outside pups Coffee, Jazzy and Robin are locked away for your dogs safety and comfort while we wait for you.
