Jazz's trial adoption was a huge success, and she's now officially part of her forever family! 🐾

She's settled in beautifully and is happier than ever, soaking up all the love and attention.

It’s heartwarming to see her thrive in her new home.

On Sunday we are going to see Jazz. She's had a 2 week trial adoption and it looks like it's gone super well.

We are so happy.

She deserves all the love and fun.

From the streets of Phuket. Thailand. Struggling to find food, super skinny. Now she's thriving.

Gerard Butler adopted a dog he named Shushka while filming in Bulgaria in November 2017. “She was a stray while I was filming up a mountain in Bulgaria. Stole my heart,” Butler added. “Shushka” is what an assistant director said when calling the stray over. Butler liked the sound of it, so he named her “Shushka.” He eventually found out “Shushka” is not actually a name but a casual Bulgarian expression similar to saying, “Hey there.” 💙

Final Update for Bark

He's finished from the vets.

James and I drove up to the vet's, took Bark out for a quick walkies, poo poos and p*e p*es, then we went into the vet's surgery, had his bandaging removed, got the all clear from Dr Am for Bark to return home, paid Bark's bill, which ended up being fully covered by your kind donations, so we are super grateful to those who donated and helped Bark out. 🙂❤

In the worst-case scenario and without any medical treatment, Bark's paw could have easily become infected, and he might have lost that paw, but thankfully, he should now make a full recovery.

Then we took Bark back to James house for a badly needed shampoo, and after that, we dropped him back home.

It was a LONG 2 weeks treatment for Bark, stuck in a small crate for 2 weeks in an unfamiliar environment and with 12 uncomfortable stitches holding together the underside of his paw pad.... and he is so happy to be back home, now.!

Thank you so much to everyone who supported + donated towards Bark's recovery, he is so happy to be back in his familiar territory, now, and his recovery should be complete in another week's time. ❤🙂✅

Bark Update 🐾

Good news!

Bark's wound is healing well!

Friday afternoon, Dr. Am removed all of his stitches.

Everything is looking great.

He can leave the vets today.

He's gonna be SO EXCITED to get back home after almost 2 weeks in a crate at the vet's!

2 Rescue Adorable Pups looking for their forever homes

Winnie came from the Phuket Government Dog Pound, where she lived in a small cage under poor conditions 😢. Despite being disabled with straight back legs, she plays, p*es, and poops normally. She is healthy and gets around easily.

Animals were already in our karma at least. In this life, as in the others. According to Brian Weiss, the same animal often incarnates itself several times during our lifetime, simply changing shape and coat, and being recognized by small gestures, details and subtle habits. This is clearly seen with cats.

When a "new" animal enters our house and knows exactly where to go, it's a sign that it simply says back. Many people, at the moment of death, receive the soothing vision not of a deceased relative, but rather of an animal. This means a lot. Because for our soul there is no difference between one species and another.

Animals are in our evolutionary path just like we are in theirs, for this reason we must respect them as sacred creatures and take the greatest care of them. They are part of us, in a different form of the universe."

Feeding bread causes permanent damage to ducks and geese. They develop angel wing. They can not migrate or fly to avoid predators. PLEASE DO NOT FEED BREAD to ducks and geese. Cracked corn, corn, peas, mealworms, romaine lettuce, watermelon, grapes CUT into pieces, cantaloupe……are a few good options!

My good friend, James has been keeping an eye on “Bark”, a gorgeous, local, Thai street dog, since around 2018.

He drops him off food + treats several times a month and treats him for ticks, fleas, mites, worms , parasites, and any other medical mishaps he may run into.

Yesterday morning, James noticed that he was limping around on 3 legs and looking to be in quite a lot of discomfort.

So, we took him up to the local vet’s a few days ago to get him all checked out.

He was extremely anxious about the whole vet visit but he behaved very well + respectfully throughout.

We discovered a nasty, deep gash on the underside of his back LHS paw.

He will go under general anaesthetic this afternoon, his wound will be cleaned, stitched up + bandaged and he will stay at the vet’s for 10 days until his wound is healed and the stitches are removed.

From long experience we know that if we put him back on the street too early he may very well rip off his bandages, tear out his stitches and then we will be back to square one and will have to go through the entire process again.

So, we will get him fully healed up at the vet’s and return him to his “street home” after the wound has healed + the stitches have been removed.

We estimate his Medical Expenses will be approximately….

Full Blood Profile including Kidneys + Liver Function = B1’500, or £33, or $42 US.
General Anaesthetic + Stitches = B1’500, or £33, or $42 US.
Daily Wound Cleaning + Re-bandaging of Wound for 10 days = B1’500, or £33, or $42 US.
Antibiotics + Anti-Inflammatory Medications for 10 days = B1’500, or £33, or $42 US.
10 nights Boarding at the Vet’s until his wound is healed + the stitches removed = B5’000, or £110, or $140 US.

This girl will melt your heart ❤️

Phuket. Thailand 🇹🇭

Loli is a 5 year old Kelpie/Staffy. She is microchipped, spayed(sterilized), up to date on all her vaccines.. overall, a healthy and energetic dog.

Recently, she went missing for 15 days, so she’s been on the mend, getting her weight back up (currently 12kilo), and her leg has a possible torn ligament, no broken bones. She needs time to heal.

Loli does very well with dogs if! they are not territorial or super alpha. She can be submissive but can also defend herself if provoked, though she does not go looking for trouble. She loves attention, a good cuddler, likes to sleep on your bed with you, or a couch or a doggie bed.

Originally from Bali, Loli has felt, unfortunately, abandoned a few times in her life. (Spent long stints in boarding, sounds like she moved a lot in life) Her original owner (who had her since she was about 4 weeks old) recently needed to move back to Australia urgently. The next owner had her for 5 days, but Loli got lost. Due to these happenings, she seems to have some separation anxiety and gets a little worried she’s getting left behind.

Now she is being fostered in a good home, but the 3 other dogs here are giving Loli a really hard time. She is suuuuch a sweet dog. Very loving. Great personality! She’d make an awesome road tripping companion, hiking partner, running on the beach buddy.. you get the picture, she likes activity. But also can be chill and sleep a lot.

I really hope we can find this girly a stellar home. She deserves stability, peace, and love.

This photo was taken by a Turkish photographer when a goat gave birth to a baby on an icy mountain.

To save the life of the goat and the baby, a village girl (shepherdess) carried the mother on her shoulder and the girl's dog saved the newborn goat by carrying her too.
