The 5th dog within two month went into an animal trap. This must really stop now. Thailand as a civilized country and such traps are forbidden. If they catch the criminals they go to prison.

Now we are really alarmed because it seems that in koh Chang more and more traps are around. Next time it will be a child or a forest worker that trap in.

Please keep your eyes open and tell us or the police if you notice something like a trap. 5 dogs lost their legs. This is not normal anymore and it’s dangerous.

We need the help of the public to catch this people that do this traps.

Macaron was years ago already with us. He survived distemper and lived on a place where we feeds street dogs every day. But two days ago we found him in bad condition.

After seeing the vet he is now in our Help Point. We hope we can bring back his quality of life.

Fan is her name and she got a big open wound on her back. She was in the clinic for the last days as the wound was full of maggots 🥲 now our help point team took over and will nurse her back till she can go back home. Cleaning the wound in a clean environment is important now for the healing process. ❤️‍🩹

The last days we had so many cases that needed help. Our quarantine is full right now and the next dogs are already coming tomorrow. They went in dog traps. We will bring them to Tookta tomorrow first.

As always we do the best we can. More is just not possible ❤️‍🩹

We thank our loyal donors John Vandaele and his wife Thapanitta for their constant support over many years ❤️🙏🏾 again we received 20 bags of 20 kilos dry food for the streetdogs of Koh Chang 🐞

This helps us a lot to feed the hungry animals that have no one but us humans.

❤️ We were almost shocked when we received a request for help yesterday. The dog looks like our Elsa.😳

We took her to the vet, and unfortunately, she’s in very bad shape. Heatstroke, heartworms, and tick fever. After treatment, she’s already breathing much better.

We hope she can go home soon.

We help where help is needed - directed by the one that need it the most 💔 your donation saves life . This poor dog from Salak Peth has a broken jaw and needed an operation in pattaya. Dr. Tookta checkt his blood to make sure he can survive such a big operation. The blood results were good and so he was ready for this big operation. He is still in the clinic at . We are very greatful for his help as on our island it could not have been done. Dr. Kwanchai makes us each time very generous prices as he is a pure animal welfare activist as well ❤️ We thank all our constant and generous supporters and friends for their donations. And also today 2 cats needed help at the clinic of Dr. Tookta ❤️‍🩹 one has liver problems and needs medication 💊 as her skin is yellow.

The second has a very bad 🤧 flu and also needs to stay in the clinic.

Koa is from Trat. Her owners were desperate because she was not able to p*e and refused eating. We broke her to the clinic of Dr. Tookta. She was several days there. Now the help point took her over. She still needs medical for a week. Then she will be hopefully able to go back home.

At the beginning she was in a critical condition. But now we think and hope she will make it. Let’s hope 🍀🐞
