Kaltun Mining Company

Kaltun Mining was established at the beginning of 1960’s. At first, Kaltun was supplying the material for Turkish ceramic sector and for some national glassworks. Kaltun has been grow up year by year by its dynamism, a quality of its material and production and for sure its professional team. And now Kaltun group has already around 850 employees and became a global leader company in ceramic tile,

glass, composite stone and paint industries. The Kaltun Group is comprised of 15 companies, of which 9 produce and trade industrial raw materials. 2 of them operate in the area of agriculture and animal-husbandry, 1 is in shipping business and 3 companies are in generation of energy business. According to figures for 2013, Kaltun Mining, which made about 35% of Turkey’s sodium feldspar foreign sales, is one the world’s prominent producers of feldspar.
