The basic training with Illia, Olena, and their dog RUSH 💙 is complete. Immediately afterwards, we extended the training to deepen the techniques and reinforce the desired behavior. 🎯

With the 7-month-old Border Collie RUSH, it becomes clear how important it is to pay attention to the dog's resilience. A dog at this age can become exhausted and unable to concentrate after just 30 minutes of intensive training. It's crucial to be sensitive to not overburden the dog, as this makes learning impossible. It’s important to always know when the dog has reached its limits and to stop with a positive outcome beforehand. This way, the motivation of both the dog and the owner is maintained, and training becomes enjoyable for both. 🥳

The training block for Kübra & Sinan with their blind dog GÜNEŞ 💙 is complete. 🎓

We had a great time together, but it was also very exhausting and challenging for everyone involved. 🫠

Güneş suffers from massive overstimulation and the urge to control everything. This stress has led to compulsive behaviors that not only challenge him but also his owners. It’s a long and tiring journey for Sinan & Kübra to provide their dog with the safety and guidance he desperately needs. Only then can he learn to let go of the responsibility and fully rely on and trust his owners. I have great confidence in this family that they will succeed. 🎯
I will continue to support them in any way I can. 🤝💞

😃 We have established the foundation for basic obedience with the two Malinois siblings, 💙BARUT & ❤️PERA. 🎓

The female, Pera (brown), is clearly ahead of her brother Barut in terms of mental development. I have communicated this clearly with the owner, allowing him to individually support each dog without overwhelming either of them.
We had a great time together. 🩷

The first training block with Lesley and her two dogs, BENCI & TOBI, is complete. 🏅

We focused a lot on developing expressive body language for the owner. The dogs are gradually learning to respond to Lesley and accept her leadership. 🚶🏻‍♀️🐕🐕

However, since both dogs have been following their own rules for the past two years, and their owner was only reacting to them, it will take time for everyone to adjust to their new roles. We've scheduled additional training sessions to give Lesley even more confidence in handling her dogs. 🙏

I’m proud of the progress we've made so far and look forward to continuing to support the three of them. ❤️

Welcome to DOG TRAINING TURKEY. 🥰

The owners Kübra & Sinan have asked for my help with a special training. Their 2.5-year-old male dog, GÜNEŞ 💙, is blind. Due to his handicap, he exhibits some behavioral issues, mostly stemming from his insecurity. In the past, another trainer attempted to "correct" this behavior using startle stimuli and a choke collar. 😱 As a result, the dog's trust in his owners was broken. 💔

In the very first training session, it became clear that GÜNEŞ is not receiving leadership from his owners. This is due to a lack of knowledge, as they feel pity for him and allow him too many "freedoms." However, this freedom means pure stress for the dog, who is completely overwhelmed by it. He needs owners who will guide him through a secure world. He needs orientation and reliability. He needs compassion, but not pity. 🫠

GÜNEŞ is a smart and lively dog who enjoys life within a secure framework. 😍

The first training session has already shown the owners how their dog changes when they change. 🙃

I am very much looking forward to this training and thank them for their trust. 🙏

A training plan has been created that is specially tailored to the needs and abilities of the participants.
The training is designed so that 79-year-old owner Lesley learns to communicate with her dogs Benji & Tobi through her body language and mental strength.
The dogs will learn to be guided by their owner. The top priority is the safety of both the dogs and their owner. 🤗

It's not an easy task for everyone involved, but even the first training sessions with the targeted techniques are already showing results on both sides. ✌️

Now it's time to stay committed and love the process.

ELFI 🩷 (Pomeranian, 6 months) is receiving basic training from me. She is to be guided reliably and safely both in the city and the countryside, in Alanya as well as in Berlin.

I am very excited about the time with this charming little dog and I appreciate the trust placed in me. 🙏

The individual training for both people and dogs is complete! 🏆

I have great respect for the achievement of managing 4 dogs! From my own experience, I know that it often strains one's nerves and the pressure to meet everyone's needs can be exhausting. At this very point, the owner, DANIELA, reached out to me for help. 🤝

With new habits that will make everyday routines run more smoothly in the future, we have already brought much more relaxation to the group. Through the detailed analysis of each dog's character, DANIELA can now respond individually and make targeted interventions. This allows for the development of a completely new bond where each dog, JONNY, MELLI, STELLA & LEYLA, feels understood and the owner gains strengthened confidence in her own abilities. ✨️

The results prove that even dogs over 10 years old can learn and adopt new things. 🥳

🚶🏻‍♀️KARLA & RAMBO 🐕 have experienced an incredible transformation together during our training. The deep-seated fear that Rambo brought from his past was met with intense pity from Karla. As you can imagine, this didn't help either of them. It was only when Karla, through intensive conversations, transformed her pity into compassion that she was able to support her Rambo. There were many weeks of ups and downs, but ultimately, they grew closer and stronger together. They still have a long way to go for Rambo to overcome his past fears. To achieve this, we will continue to be in constant communication so that I can continue to support them.
And once again, a human-dog team has become friends to me. 🥰 Thank you for your trust! 🙏

Congratulations to 🚶‍♂️HØMAN & ODIN 🐕, who both completed the individual challenge with top performance. 🏆🥇

Their interaction is now much more harmonious, and they both know they can rely on each other. I was once again able to support the process of turning a person and a dog into a TEAM. 🩷

What makes me particularly happy afterwards is that I will continue to take care of ODIN as a professional DOG WALKER. 🥰

Welcome to DOG TRAINING TURKEY! 🥰
DANIELA has asked for my support to make living with her four dogs more relaxed and harmonious. All of the dogs are between 10 and 11 years old and come from shelters, rescues, or the streets.

The dogs are:
💙JONNY, a Ratero mix from Mallorca,
🩷MELLI, a Jack Russell Terrier from Romania,
🩷STELLA, a street mix also from Romania,
🩷LEYLA, a Chihuahua mix from Turkey.

In this international social group, there have been their own rules… until now. 😅

One dog would always stir things up, and the others would join in. The dogs acted, Daniela reacted, and increasingly often, she gave up. 🫣
There was more stress and excitement and less peace and balance. This is exactly where I start with the training: to organize the existing chaos and establish new habits, creating a comfortable space for each dog. ☝️
Each dog has its own physical and psychological challenges, and the training program is individually tailored to these needs. JONNY is very dominant and demanding, a hunter, and an absolute ball ju**ie. MELLI has a strong hunting instinct but is also extremely fearful. LEYLA has poor eyesight and hearing, follows her owner everywhere, and is extremely food aggressive. STELLA is paraplegic but copes remarkably well. She moves around easily both with and without her wheelchair.

The training begins with assigning each dog their own space and with relaxation exercises. When each dog knows its own bed, it becomes easier for DANIELA to manage them. Later on, nose work and target object search will be part of the program. All training sessions will take place in the house and on the property, as the home environment currently offers no other options. Later, when calm behavior among the four dogs is established, we will work on leash training outside. 🌴🚶🏻‍♀️🐕🐕🐕🐕

This is a great challenge for all involved and for me. I am very excited about this task and grateful for the trust placed in me! 🙏❤️

HØMAN🚶 & ODIN 🐕💙 (Pitbull, 2.5 years old) originally come from Iran and are currently in Alanya.

I'm thrilled to support them through my training to become a better team. I've already had some experience with Odin during dog walking; he's a sweet guy but full of energy.

I'll show Høman how to take better leadership with Odin, rather than trying to match his strength, so his dog willingly follows him.
Additionally, we'll work on impulse control during cat encounters and respectful dog interactions.

The most unusual dog training I've ever done came to an end today. 🫠
I proudly handed over certificates to Lars & Ilka and their dogs Hazelnut & Coffee. 🥰 And of course, their mini house pig Aria 🐖 couldn't miss the photo opportunity.
😃 Everyone involved has come closer to their goal of understanding each other and growing into a team. Challenges are being overcome together, step by step, to become more confident and competent.💪👍
Success doesn't come on its own but requires daily training with heart and mind. ❤️

ŞILA ❤️(American Staffordshire Terrier, 3 years old) has been enrolled in individual dog training. ŞILA is a friendly dog, but unfortunately, she lacks boundaries and rules. She jumps on visitors and behaves without restraint. She reacts to dogs and cats with extreme excitement and can become aggressive there. ŞILA needs to learn how to behave appropriately and how to control her emotions.

I will conduct the first training sessions alone with her. In the second part of the training, her owner MEHTAP will be involved.

With today's training, many positive changes will occur in their lives. 🙏

BIRGIT & ARTHUR 💙 (Bolonka-Havanese Mix, 1.5 years old) have enrolled in personalized dog training.

Why personalized? Because I tailor my training to meet the human-dog team exactly where they are. ⚜️

Birgit faces the challenge of being temporarily physically restricted in her mobility due to illness. Arthur reacts strongly to environmental stimuli, resulting in high levels of distractibility. He reacts extremely to cats and dogs, becoming overwhelmed and stressed himself. In Germany, they live in the countryside, while in Turkey, they reside in the city. The sensory overload of the urban environment collides with Birgit's handicap. In this unfamiliar setting, Birgit no longer exudes the confidence that Arthur typically relies on. What has worked well in low-stimulus environments becomes incredibly challenging here.

The training will focus on making small strategic adjustments at home and employing various techniques during walks to enhance Arthur's orientation towards his handler. The goal is for Arthur to relax, become calmer, and trust Birgit's leadership.

I look forward to the intensive time with both of them! ❤️

KARLA & RAMBO 💙 have signed up for individual one-on-one training.
Karla is 78 years old, and Rambo is her first dog. She found him in a shelter when he was a few months old. He was in a cage with many adult Kangals and was full of fear. She gave him a loving home. Due to Karla's inexperience, Rambo's fear has only grown. 🥺 Now, Karla can no longer take Rambo for walks as he wants to flee in panic. He only feels safe in his own garden and barks at anyone passing by the fence. But even with this self-assigned task, he is completely overwhelmed. RAMBO is estimated to be 10 months old and just can't seem to settle down. I have the utmost respect for Karla, who is taking on this huge task of showing her dog the path to a fear-free life. 🙏
I am very grateful for her trust and believe she will succeed. ❤️

❤️ PERA & BARUT 💙, two Malinois siblings with completely different personalities. PERA is attentive, eager to learn, has the will to do everything right, and is incredibly strong in her character. Her brother, BARUT, still needs a lot of time to reach his sister's level of mental development. For him, the world is a playground, and his favorite activity is being cuddled. They are two Malinois that weren’t overstimulated from the beginning. Their energy level is manageable, which prevents them from becoming the hyperactive machines that are unfortunately often seen in this breed. 😵‍💫 It is therefore important in training to adjust individually to the dog's specific level. The starting position was a danger for everyone involved. 🫣 With a special dog harness, the 50-kilogram BENJI can be better guided, and with my additional support, his owner LESLEY can fully focus on her thoughts and body language. 🤓 This way, she becomes a competent leader for her dog, providing him with security. Today there was a training walk for Daniela's other two dogs, Leyla & Stella. 🚶🏻‍♀️🐕🐕 Daniela's mindset and therefore her body language were much more relaxed right from the start. This also transferred to the two dogs, who reacted calmly during encounters with both cats and other dogs. 🙏 Stella handled it superbly with her wheelchair, skillfully navigating obstacles along the way. 🔴 Background: The dogs were sent out into the open for years on long retractable leashes or trailing leads. They were allowed to do as they pleased, lacked guidance, and knew no boundaries. Since April, they haven't left the property because their owner was overwhelmed by their behavior. 📖 Today, we've opened a new chapter in their lives! 😱 The owner's mental image before the training session: Chaos, everything barking and chasing. Hence the double leashes with double security on the dogs. ✌️ By fostering a positive mindset in the owner and reinforcing her competence, that positive energy transferred to the dogs. 🎯 The result: a 2-hour walk with water/coffee breaks, encounters with dogs and cats went largely harmoniously. The owner and the dogs were able to relax more and enjoy the walk. This morning during our walk, we encountered 6 stray dogs.🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕 My thoughts: Should we flee or view it as an opportunity for a training session? I chose the latter. I took three deep breaths, relaxed myself, and calmed my dogs down. The loose body language of the strays also suggested no aggression. So, we continued on our way, with the group following us at a distance for a while. 🐕🐕🐕🐕 In multi-dog households, it's often challenging to find time to individually engage with each dog. However, it's crucial to dedicate attention to each one separately. Quality time should include not only cuddles but also interactive activities that engage their minds. This strengthens the bond and reveals each dog's personality and mental qualities to their owner. 🚶🏻‍♀️🐕 As a trainer, this one-on-one work helps me better assess each dog independently, allowing me to tailor subsequent training programs accordingly.
