Minx is keeping warm and is happy to see her mummy again. ❤️❤️

Thinking of all the animals not so lucky and suffering in California, Gaza, Ukraine and so many other places sadly.
Their souls are so pure. We do not deserve them.

PS Minx is currently doing so well health wise. I pray for her to stay well for much longer and I'm so grateful that the medical care and love brought her back from what looked like the brink. 🙏❤️

A huge thank you to my amazing petsitters/new friends who looked after my precious babies so well whilst I was on a trip to Dubai for two weeks. ❤️
I so needed some time away but I also get so anxious leaving my cats for long so to have people who cared for - and loved my babies helped alleviate that anxiety and ensured that I could have a fantastic reset out of Antalya. ❤️
To see how happy and chilled my cats were when I got back last night was so great as was seeing the love that they gave Marcelle and Renato - even Clarence who is quite stingy in the love department!
We rarely get backpackers where we live so spending some time with this couple who are on a world backpacking trip was so inspiring.
I hope we meet again one day and I wish them both safe and amazing further travels.
Beautiful souls are hard to find and I'm so grateful for their gentleness and kindness towards both me and my little cat pride!

PS the little tiger cat in the pictures is actually Tiger Boy, a street cat but as we had a little send off last night I chose to let him join in too.
Such a beautiful and loving boy.
I wish he could get a forever home. 🙏🙏

Thinking of all the animals - domestic, wild and those enslaved on farms who are suffering or died due to the fires in California. Of course thinking too of those people who have died, their grieving relatives and friends and all the people who have lost their homes at this terrible time. 💔

How wonderful to be able to come to Dubai for the new year and spend time with this beautiful boy.
Whilst I'm here my babies are being cared for by an amazing couple so my mind is at peace.
I'm feeling excited about 2025..time to put the bad times behind and seek out more joy, happiness, adventures and cats!!!
Happy New Year to all of you and your beautiful animals.

Terrible.
RED Tractor Approved 'products' are a lie as sadly I have seen time and time again.
Thank you Animal Justice Project for exposing what is happening to pigs in the UK. Truly the stuff of nightmares. Surely we should all know what we are giving our money to though and so if people are brave enough to venture into hell we, at the very least shouid look at the evidence.

With Thanksgiving only a few days away there is still time to rethink old, cruel traditions and have a celebration where an animal has not had to be sacrificed. 🙏
Every year around 46 million turkeys are killed for a celebration which began In 1621 when the Plymouth colonists from England and the Native American Wampanoag people shared an autumn harvest feast and the Native Americans showed the British how to care for their precious land.

Not much really to celebrate when you look back at how history unfolded and how today ingenious people are treated...

I'll never disagree with a happy family get together.
It's a lovely thing to sit around a table and enjoy great food. But that food doesn't have to be made up of the co**se from a scientient being that also had family and friends and wished to live and enjoy their lfe too.

I adore her. ❤️❤️❤️

My darling Minx is doing Ok.. Still eating though not nearly as much as before. She has lost weight and looks frail although yesterday I thought she looked beautiful when I took these pictures.

The reality is though she has aged so much since getting the water infection - it also traumatised her going to the vets for ten consecutive days and so now when she sees me getting ready to go out and the minute I turn my music off she runs away from me. This makes me sad but also to see those little old legs running is quite cute.

She still has fight and flight!

Watching her age and knowing that she is in the last chapter of her life is hard - it reminds me of how my loved ones looked and changed in their last chapters too - weight loss, reduced appetite, difficulty walking far.
It shows me just how similar we are to animals though - the aging process takes no prisoners!
It reminds me how we really shouid love and respect all animals more as they really are so similar to us - they literally get almost every disease and condition that we do.

On a brighter note though I just cherish every day and night with Minx now. I love our nighttime cuddles and how she gets so close to my face that all I see is two big owl-like eyes staring at me. ❤️

Animals have always been part of my family and have always been my best friends. ❤️

The love is true, pure and everlasting. 🙏

My darling Minx enjoying the winter rays. ❤️

She is hanging in there but sadly old age in both humans and animals is not easy. She had yet again another urine infection but I think we caught it in time.

Why do they have to grow old 💔
