🏆Congratulations to winner of the Young Masters Art Prize 2019!🎉🥇 Yusa Yalçintas has shown an exceptional understanding of their creative medium alongside an awareness of the art of the past.

The amazing artwork is now on view and for sale at Royal Opera Arcade, 5b Pall Mall, St. James’s, London, until 5th October 2019.

Yusa's work shows elements of esotericism, iconography and the relationship between ritual and recreation. Technical rules resulting from the use of axonometric angles, confine and highlight the ‘ground’ upon which the spatial elements rely. The connection between actions of daily life and tradition is presented as a paradox shaping human behaviour.

Sabancı Üniversitesi Sakıp Sabancı Müzesi (SSM) ve Marina Abramović Institute (MAI), Akbank’ın desteğiyle Şubat 2020’den itibaren 3 ay boyunca SSM’de sürecek bir sergi kapsamında, her tür performans sanatıyla uğraşan sanatçılara uzun süreli yeni projeler hazırlama çağrısında bulunuyor.

Sabancı University Sakıp Sabancı Museum (SSM) and Marina Abramović Institute (MAI) are seeking practicing artists working in all forms of performance to create new long-durational performances for an exhibition in February 2020 that will last for 3 months at SSM in Istanbul with the support of Akbank.

Applicants must submit a PDF file in Turkish or English, including maximum 7 works with images or video links, descriptions, and biography/CV, website to:

Uluslararası performans platformu Performistanbul sanatçılarından Gülhatun Yıldırım'ın 'Su' performansı, 1 Eylül Cumartesi günü 19.00-22.00 saatleri arasında Zai Bodrum da gerçekleştirilecek.

One of the Performistanbul’s first performances, Water by Gülhatun Yıldırım, will be reperformed after 2 years at Zai Bodrum with a unique and new interpretation on 1st of September!
