There seems to be a misconception regarding Rick Allen's involvement in managing the page, as customers have alleged that he is deleting reviews. However, it's important to clarify that Rick is primarily focused on providing tours and overseeing on-site activities, limiting his ability to engage in social media management. Additionally, it's worth noting that Emma Wilson and Rick Allen are distinct individuals with separate roles within the organization. However, it is important to maintain professionalism and adhere to company guidelines, including refraining from engaging in online disputes with customers.
