It is important that dog owners pay close attention to their precious pets by looking out for the clinical signs mentioned in the TTVA post below.
Please make sure to contact your veterinarian and have your pet examined if you think your dog may be ill.
You can do your part by making sure that your dog is fully and properly vaccinated by a registered veterinarian. Too frequently dog owners forget how important annual vaccine boosters are to their pets overall health.
If we live by the mantra " Prevention is better than cure " we stand a good chance of containing diseases and sparing our beloved fur babies dreaded illnesses.

As you prepare for this beautiful celebration of lights please remember to get sedatives from your veterinarian if you know that your pet is sensitive to the noise of fireworks.

We have a magnet at our clinic that says " Dogs have owners, cats have staff ". It is so true!!
These lovable creatures can teach us so many things about life.
This month let us go out of our way to make them a bit happier. Spend a little extra time playing with them ( if they want you to ), buy a new toy or treat to spoil them.
