An appointment system is in effect. This system is very beneficial to the clients, their pets and our staff. We always aim to offer the best service we can so please work with us and give us your feedback.
Patients experiencing a life threatening emergency will be assessed and admitted immediately.
Patients carded for Elective Surgeries must be dropped off at opening time or 30 mins past opening time.
