The members of Reptile Conservation Center are working effortlessly to ensure the well-being and health are restored to these tortoises, in hopes to return them back to their natural habitat within the near future.

They expressed great curiosity and enthusiasm, marveling at the variety of animals on display and the chance to interact with them up close. Happy faces at the Happy Farms. This past weekend was one to remember as the Serpenatrium joined forces with Happy Farms Restaurant to bring fun, education, and conservation to life! Families and children alike were thrilled to participate in our interactive "Touch and Learn" sessions, getting up close with some of Trinidad's incredible wildlife.

The event was a perfect blend of education and entertainment, with kids learning about the importance of biodiversity while creating unforgettable memories. Happy Farms Restaurant truly outdid themselves, promotion a festive atmosphere full of Christmas cheer, laughter, and smiles.

A heartfelt thank you to Happy Farms restaurant for hosting this delightful event and helping us share the Serpenatrium's passion for conservation. Together, we created joy, wonder, and a greater appreciation for nature. Here’s to more collaborations that educate, inspire, and make a difference!

To kick off the Christmas season, the Serpenatrium participated in the annual Christmas treat for kids hosted by the Caparo Shoprite Supermarket. Children and parents alike enjoyed a fun-filled day of interactive learning and hands-on experiences with the petting zoo animals.

The highlights of the event included local snakes and parrots, but the star of the show was Mervin, the charming yellow-footed tortoise.

A big round of applause goes to Caparo Shoprite Supermarket for their outstanding commitment to community engagement and spreading holiday cheer!

The energy at East Gates Mall was nothing less than amazing 👏, kids came from all parts of Trinidad wanting to experience this wildlife learning venture. This up close and personal adventure enabled children to tap into their natrual curiosity.
The Serpentarium was indeed thrilled to render this knowledge and experience to the their creative minds. Along with the Forestry Division Wildlife Section, much needed information about Trinidad's biodiversity, the hunting laws, and other related information were disseminated. Many thanks to the East Gates Mall for placing much emphasis on biodiversity and conservation enabling, and empowering the next generation.
