Trini Testing Hydroponics

I saw a video about hydroponic growing online and thought seems easy enough. A few more videos in and I realized it may be more difficult than I thought: Pumps, hydroponic nutrients, pipes and water testing. My plan is not to go into farming, just to grow various edible crops successfully with as little work as possible. I also found there were no hydroponic shops in my area. I was however able to

get in contact with other hydroponic farmers in Trinidad who identified where i can source some materials for my hydroponic pursuits. I also spoke with a teacher who was teaching the kids about hydroponic systems. He suggested that it isn't necessary to push for a recirculating hydroponic system. Well, here it is, I took my first step into hydroponic growing. It is a deep water culture system which follows the Kratky method. I didnt do some stuff according to the youtube videos and i will tell you about that later. Hopefully someone sees my journey, successes and failures alike, learns from it and takes their first steps into hydroponics.
