We love animals so let us treat your pet wit ROYALTY Here at Empire Petz we look forward to catering to your pet. Our groomers take the best care of your pet within the guidelines of our policy. At Empire Petz we Reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone with an over aggressive or misbehaved pet. Time will be given if NEEDED to properly complete your pets' grooming after informing owner. All

pets MUST have recieved all relevant shots and vaccines. Groomers MUST be informed of any Fleas or infections that your pet may have. If groomers are NOT informed of Fleas or Infections, appropriate care WILL be given to your pet and relevant charges will be applied. Appointments must be made 24hrs in advance. Bookings will be CANCELLED after 30min if customer doesn't make contact. Late fee of $30/hr will apply for late pick up. IF YOUR PETS' FUR IS TOO MATTED WE WILL SHAVE!!
