Some days are tougher than others. As veterinarians, we pour our hearts into caring for your pets, but not every outcome is what we hope for.
Today, we received feedback from a client about cases we treated over a year and a half ago. One dog had a poor prognosis due to being unvaccinated and battling parvovirus, while the other fully recovered from tick fever at their last check. Despite our best efforts, including follow-ups and free rechecks, the client was still unhappy. It’s never easy because we truly care about every animal we treat. ❤️
On the brighter side, another client touched our hearts with gifts and thoughtful words of appreciation for our late nights, diagnostics, and dedication. Their kind gestures reminded us why we do what we do—to help pets thrive and support the people who love them. 🐾

Rhino had a spa day, and he’s looking oh-so-handsome again! ✨ After a bath with some luxurious shampoo, we gave him the full treatment:
✔ Grooming
✔ Blow drying
✔ Nail clipping
✔ Ear cleaning
✔ Brushing and de-shedding
Now that he’s fresh and fabulous, it’s time to tackle his little marking habit. 🐕💦 We’re starting slowly with doggy pampers and working on training him to use a puppy pad. Patience and consistency are key, and we’re rooting for Rhino to ace this! 🐶💖
Puppy Peeing Training Tips:
1️⃣ Stick to a Schedule: Take your pup out first thing in the morning, after meals, and before bedtime.
2️⃣ Reward Good Behavior: Praise and treat your puppy when they go in the right spot.
