桑拿雞真的是又鮮又嫩 ️
不加一滴水的蒸雞 ️
肉質嫩到離譜，做起來又簡單
食材：
半隻雞，一顆包菜
做法：
1.雞肉切塊，放入薑絲，一勺蠔油，兩勺生抽，兩勺料酒，一勺鹽，黑胡椒碎醃製半小時
2.找個盆子，包菜墊底，把雞肉倒進去，冷水上鍋蒸20分鐘（有條件的可以加點紅枸杞）出鍋
