10 year old old Maltese dog presented with a prolapsed third eyelid gland, commonly known as cherry eye, for a duration of several months. Treatment: Surgical intervention was performed, followed by postoperative management involving antibiotics, analgesics, and anti-inflammatory medications. The patient has since made a full recovery.
