Творожный чизкейк без выпечки

Чизкейк - отличный десерт для домашнего чаепития или к праздничному столу. Рецептов чизкейка существует очень много. Вкусный и нежный творожный чизкейк можно приготовить без выпечки. Так как в самом чизкейке я не использовала никаких фруктов, то подавала его с ароматным вишневым соусом.

Для приготовления творожного чизкейка без выпечки понадобится:
500 г творога;
1 банка сгущенного молока;
10 г быстрорастворимого желатина;
2/3 стакана воды (или молока);
250 г песочного печенья;
100 г сливочного масла;
ягодный соус [/node/7807] для подачи.

Разъемная форма для выпечки диаметром 21 см.

Печенье при помощи блендера перемолоть в крошку.

Сливочное масло растопить, смешать с печеньем, растереть до однородной крошки.

Дно формы для выпечки застелить бумагой. Выложить основу для чизкейка, плотно утрамбовывая крошку из печенья по дну и стенкам формы.

Желатин развести в 2/3 стакана воды, оставить на 10 минут. Затем поставить чашку с желатином в горячую воду и, постоянно помешивая, полностью растворить желатин.

Творог смешать со сгущенным молоком.

В получившуюся творожную массу влить желатин и тщательно взбить все вместе.

Выложить творожную массу на основу из печенья, разровнять. Форму с чизкейком накрыть пищевой пленкой и поставить в холодильник на 3 часа для застывания.

Вкусный и нежный творожный чизкейк, приготовленный без выпечки, получается нежным и очень вкусным. Ягодный соус [/node/7807] станет прекрасным дополнением к этому чудесному десерту.
