The cat breed belongs to the Asian group. Distinctive features of the Asian Smoky are a light, silvery or almost white undercoat and a dark-colored top coat. At first this breed was called Burmese. There are marks on the fur coat, which is darker than the main tone, so they give the impression of moire overflows. The color of the breed varies in colors: black, blue, chocolate, lilac, caramel, red, cream, apricot, and tortoiseshell colors also occur. There are also absolutely Burmese colors. Belongs to the short-haired Burmese type.
