Hi everyone, just letting you know that Katheryn Murray will not have handling class this week as she is showing right now. She will have class on Tuesday July 2nd at 6 p.m. in Abbottstown and on Tuesday, July 9th at 6 p.m. in Abbottstown. This is very instructional and informative. Practice your handling skills specific to helping your dog look his best. Grooming tips, presentation and a whole lot of other valuable information. We are air conditioned, matted floors, and mirrors. If you need directions call 717-476-2696.

Back from a busy weekend showing (and winning!!!), Kate will be offering Handling Class tonight! 6 - 7 PM. Not only will you learn all kinds of tips on presenting your dog - and you but we also have a lot of fun. Come and join us!!!

Last night was puppy class graduation. Congratulations to all the puppies. They did great. We are proud of all of them. Heather and Rocky (Doberman), Christy and Jackson (ACD) and Heather and Oakley (Lab). Oakley says "Thank God I survived this! LOL! See you all in Level 1.

Last night was Barley's birthday. The little cutie pie on the right is Barley, so of course, we had to have a birthday party with goodies from Half Pint Creamery. Thank you Deb and Lindy for supplying party hats and ribbons and extra goodies. Then, of course, there is the standard poodle who is positive that it is STILL all about her. I love my customers!

Had our first nose work/scent class last night. Everyone had a great time and it was good to see the old gang back together again. We will be offering these as a 6 week class option now for anyone interested. It's been a long time coming but we finally got them going.

Just a quick shout out to Lynda Burke and her Jack Russell, Sophie. On Wednesday March 13, at the Celtic Classic in York, Lynda and Sophie took Group 1 in Owner Handled and Best of show in Owner Handled. Lynda and Sophie have been taking handling classes with Kate and we are so proud of them both! Congratulations. At the time of this post they are still showing today (Thursday). We will post results when we get them. If any of our other regular handling class participants have done well please post on here so we can all share in celebrating you and your dogs!

Just a reminder everyone that Katheryn Murray is having handling classes tomorrow evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at Bailiwick Training in Abbottstown. I have a client that is looking for a mobile groomer to come to their house in East Berlin. I know that I read about someone that was just getting started and I cannot find the post now. Can anyone on here help me?
