Hey yall! With whitetail season around the corner, I just wanted to post a little reminder about pricing, hours, etc,.
Prices are staying the same this season as they were last season but the 50% down and 50% when you pick up rule is still in place. I will not accept checks, but do accept venmo, paypal, as well as cards but do have service fees attached to them as well. I will not accept your harvest until the 50% is paid in full. This covers the price of tanning, form, and all other supplies needed.
During deer season, I will be available for drop off 7 days a week until 10pm, no later (also subject to change). At this time, my phone gets put on Do Not Disturb. I am human, need sleep, and have a family I enjoy being around. Lol.
When it comes time to pick up your trophy, you have 30 days to pick up from the time I call before a storage fee incurs, which is $10 a day until picked up. If you schedule a time to pick up and dont, this is subject to a no show fee. All of this is part of the contract you sign when you drop off your harvest.
Pick up times are by appointment only.
I will not travel to pick up or drop off. If you are unable to pick up your trophy within the 30 days you agreed to, I will let you know a list of trophy shippers and send you their contact information for prices.
Thankfully I have not had to invoke these rules because I truly have the best most respectful clients. I am looking forward to the 2025/2026 season!
