2024 whitetail updates!

Hides should be ready to pick up mid August. Just as soon as I get the call, I will make a trip to OKC to pick up, measure hides and order forms and will start working on deer. In the meantime, waterfowl and upland game are being worked on. So if you dropped off a 2024/2025 season bird, you should be getting a call soon. If you have any questions, please message the page, call me, or shoot a quick text.

Hey yall! With whitetail season around the corner, I just wanted to post a little reminder about pricing, hours, etc,.

Prices are staying the same this season as they were last season but the 50% down and 50% when you pick up rule is still in place. I will not accept checks, but do accept venmo, paypal, as well as cards but do have service fees attached to them as well. I will not accept your harvest until the 50% is paid in full. This covers the price of tanning, form, and all other supplies needed.

During deer season, I will be available for drop off 7 days a week until 10pm, no later (also subject to change). At this time, my phone gets put on Do Not Disturb. I am human, need sleep, and have a family I enjoy being around. Lol.

When it comes time to pick up your trophy, you have 30 days to pick up from the time I call before a storage fee incurs, which is $10 a day until picked up. If you schedule a time to pick up and dont, this is subject to a no show fee. All of this is part of the contract you sign when you drop off your harvest.

Pick up times are by appointment only.

I will not travel to pick up or drop off. If you are unable to pick up your trophy within the 30 days you agreed to, I will let you know a list of trophy shippers and send you their contact information for prices.

Thankfully I have not had to invoke these rules because I truly have the best most respectful clients. I am looking forward to the 2025/2026 season!
