🌱 Monday Recap! 🌱
What a weekend- In two days our team conquered clearing, tilling, planting, and fencing. Dyess Urban Farm has officially transferred the first club crop (ever!) into the soil. In preparation for the upcoming fall months, pumpkins were chosen to be our debut plant. We are excited to see everyone’s hard work and dedication coming together. We could not have done this without our wonderful members and volunteers!

How do you fix a broken jack-o-lantern?
With a pumpkin patch!
If you are wanting to have pumpkins ready to carve by Halloween, they should be planted late May to early July. Join us for a really time as we harden our pumpkin seedlings to the outdoor dirt next weekend. Message us for more details!

Racing the rain!

Dyess Urban Farm has officially broke ground!
Our volunteers braved the heat and tackled the first few sections of land to be cleared. We are excited to see the progress and vision coming to life. A big THANK YOU to our volunteers and members helping diligently to accomplish this goal.
