UPDATE: Floyd has a grooming appointment with an amazing groomer tomorrow and will get the rest of his grooming needs taken care of for any potential adopter!

Sweet senior Floyd is searching for a loving home to live out his golden years in comfort and peace. 💛

Floyd came to us in rough shape—missing teeth, severely matted, and in desperate need of care. Our team gave him the attention he needed, including a vet exam and a much-needed grooming session. While we worked hard to get rid of his mats, he still needs some help in the grooming department to feel and look his best. 🐾

Despite everything he’s been through, Floyd’s spirit remains playful, gentle and kind. He’s looking for a quiet, caring home where he can finally feel the peace and love that may have been missing from his life for far too long.

We’re open today, but safety comes first! Due to the slippery sidewalks in our courtyard, we want to make sure everyone stays safe while visiting. 🐾

If you're planning to meet one of our adoptable dogs, we strongly recommend browsing our online list of available pups before you come in. That way, we can bring the dog—or dogs—you’re interested in straight to the lobby for a cozy and safe meet-and-greet! 🐕❤️

Chewy totally surprised us today with this amazing painted portrait of Rex. How they knew to pick him out of all of our animals is beyond me (we have about 20 pets registered with them), because we primarily purchase toys for Bandit and chicken feed. Rex is Darcy’s soul kitty and the absolute king of the castle. They have gained a very loyal follower with us. Thank you so much, Chewy!
