Wag Inn Boarding is a dog boarding facility that offers private rooms, large indoor and outdoor play areas as well as training and activities for your dog.

At Wag Inn, we completely understand how hard it can be to leave your dogs behind when you have to go somewhere. Lifelong pet owners ourselves, we know what it means to take responsibility for your pets and will do what it takes to make sure that they have a pleasant and safe stay. Situated in the heart of the Hudson Valley, we can give your dog all the best of a true country vacation. Let them en

joy the clean air and the great outdoors while you’re away. During the day, your dog will have plenty of free time to make new friends in our large indoor and outdoor play areas. At night, each dog will get their own private room. We even have adjoining rooms if you have multiple pets who would like to spend their evenings together and have some more space to relax. We offer basic training services as well as agility training and an intro to scent work for the dogs who need or want a working vacation.

Did you know today is National Paper Bag Day? While the official goal is to raise awareness about the negative effects of plastics and encourage paper bag usage, for us it inspired enrichment activities.

We attended the High Falls Pet Show today! Very excited for their first year back post-pandemic. And so very proud of one of our bestest visitors, Rags, who won Mr High Falls. Big congratulations to everyone else who competed (and even ribboned) in the other categories, too!

What a day! Probably our best and most fun playgroup in the history of Wag Inn came together today. A mix of our boarders, day care dogs, and day training dogs spent the afternoon romping around with plenty of staff to supervise and enjoy the fun.

Even the dogs got in on the eclipse fun today! For the main event we shifted playtime inside and did some lick painting! Some guests preferred to take the extra time to curl up with their friends, but we don’t judge 😂.

We often get asked what we do when the weather is bad. The dogs get the same amount of playtime and interaction they’d get any other day, we just have the option to shift into one of several climate controlled, indoor spaces for dogs who don’t want to spend a lot of time out in the elements.
