10/28/25 was a sad day at Mousam lake farm as we had to say goodbye to our beloved Neville🥺 all though Neville didn’t have as much of a social media appearance as some of our other MLF critters he was a big part of the farm nonetheless. Neville came into our lives February 2021 when we adopted him from the Animal Welfare Society as a senior cat. We never knew his age but it was apparent that he was a senior, didn’t matter to us we just needed a critter to love!!! We definitely found it in Nev!! As we began to know him better we realized he was deaf, missing half his teeth and his tail was very broken but seemed to have been like that for a while. In the last few years we found out he has a severe heart murmur and FIV (the cat version of HIV). Regardless of all this conditions poor Neville dealt with he was the sweetest prince and u would never know he has any issues!! Always greeting me at the door when he saw the stairway light come on and curling right up under my chin when we sat to watch tv. He loved to snuggle with anyone who would snuggle with him including goose❤️ unfortunately age and his many ailments claimed him in the end but he will always be missed!! And there will always be a place in our hearts for him❤️❤️❤️ rest in peace my sweet Nev ❤️❤️❤️

Last weekend I took my husband to see the seasonal last appearance of the headless horseman at Mousam Lake Farm here in Acton, Maine. Beautiful day. Lots of families enjoying candy and petting the horseman's steed. Thank you MLF!
