After many years, they have turned over the rescue baton to other organizations in the area.

Hi, friends! We are suspending our returnable can/bottle fundraising program until further notice. Many stores are not accepting them right now so we don't want them to pile up at The Critter Cottage and attract pests. Thanks so much!

Please note that, due to the corona virus, we are temporarily closing The Critter Cottage to the public. We do this not only to protect our volunteers but also to try to do our part to minimize the virus' impact in our community. We WILL, however, still be doing adoptions by appointment! If you are interested in adopting at this time, please visit our website at vickyspetconnection.org If you see a kitty you are interested in, take a few moments to fill out our adoption application online and we'll be in touch. Summit is really lonely since his roommates were adopted. In reality he prefers people anyway but hates having the door closed between him and our volunteers. This BIG boy has a cute, squeaky LITTLE cry. Summit says, "I need a person to love!" Come adopt me, pplleeaassee.
