We wanted to update everyone! Our foster pup, Baby Girl, has been adopted! She became best friends with one of our boarding pups, Dee Dee, and after speaking with her owner and doing a trial run, Baby Girl and Dee Dee are now sisters ❤️

An update on the PAWS boys, Draco has found a foster home and Leonard has been adopted! Thank you everyone for your help in finding these babies homes!

Please help Leonard find a foster home before tomorrow!! He has one more day before a tough decision has to be made. He is a short haired, medium size dog that does great with people and other pups! He has grown up in the shelter and has never had a chance to have a home or a family. Please consider saving this boy and give him a life he deserves!

URGENT!!

These sweet babies have not been doing well in the shelter life and the animal shelter is needing to make some tough decisions!! Volunteers have done their best to take them out and socialize them but the stress of the shelter is getting to them. Please reach out to Sarah Estes or PAWS N Ada for questions about these two! Fostering or adoption will save their lives!

Leonard has been at the Ada shelter for over a year and is a medium size dog. He does well with other pups and loves walks!

Draco is a big but sweet boy! He dreams of being a couch potato in a home he can stretch his legs in

We are so proud of Pumpkin! Pumpkin’s owner came to us to help teach her pup basic commands because Pumpkin is deaf. Our trainers have done a phenomenal job to help this sweet girl better communicate with her owner and learn how to understand what is being asked of her.

Hey y’all! We are working on starting a new program of fostering for P.A.W.S! We know there are so many people that want to help the fur babies at the animal shelter but can’t commit to adopt or fostering. This new program is going to give anyone an opportunity to help them!

When you apply for this program, you are committing the following to one pup

-4 hours of your time a month
-2 posts on your social media about the pup

This commitment will be until your shelter pup gets adopted! Our goal is to help pups get out of the shelter more frequently, socialize with other dogs and humans, and to better understand and promote them so they can find the perfect family for their personality!

If this is something you are interested in, please follow our PAWS Pals page and message us on the page for information on how to apply! Please message the page for questions you may have too.

Remember that this is a new program and we will only be accepting a few applicants to help us get started! Make sure and follow our page even if this is something you can’t commit to at this time to help support this new program!

We are so close to having all the material we need for the bath station at P.A.W.S!! If you have leftover bath tile from a project we will take it! We think it’ll be fun to have different kinds of tile from different people donating to represent everyone that has helped the shelter in some way. So even if it’s just a few pieces of tile we will take it! We also need cement board.

Hey friends! We have a big project we are working on for our furry friends at P.A.W.S!! We are working on creating a grooming space for the pups at the shelter! This new space will allow volunteers to help keep our furry friends clean and fresh when meeting their potential new owners. It will also allow for the pups to have their basic grooming needs met so they can stay comfortable with short nails and nice haircuts if needed!

Our first focus with this project is building a tub for washing the dogs! We are hoping to find people that can donate the following materials to construct the tub!

12- 8 foot treated 2x4s
Cement board
Red guard
Subway tile
Grout
Screw Eyes
Grout sealer

These are items that can be leftover from at home or construction projects! If you have any of these items please bring them to the Pampered Paw and let us know so we can keep track of what has been donated! Izzy is halfway through her training program and she has already learned so much! Izzy is high energy and is always ready to bust through our doors to join in on the fun! Her owner wanted her to learn loose leash walking and to teach her commands that help regain control when Izzy is excited. We are so proud of how well she is doing in just a few lessons! Our Story

The Pampered Paw first became an idea through discussion of a business concept for a school project. We noticed that there was not a pet boarding facility located in the city of Ada and that the places that offered boarding did not have an area for the dogs to play. We wanted to create a better option for pet boarding and thus became the Pampered Paw. We offer pet boarding, grooming, and a doggie daycare!

We understand that pets are more than just animals, they are part of your family! With that in mind, the Pampered Paw is more than just the services we provide, the Pampered Paw is a place you can trust to give the utmost care to your pet!
