$60/day (Advance tickets only at this price. Sunday Auditors can attend the Cocktail Party, Monday auditors may attend the dinner.)

Please note: This event offers a unique educational opportunity with a legend in the sport and is separate from the Maryland Horse Trials XDerby on Sunday, March 9th. Auditor tickets are REQUIRED for anyone wishing to watch or listen to the instruction.

We strongly suggest you buy your tickets in advance!

Only those with valid, paid auditor tickets will be allowed access to the event. Day-of auditor tickets will be available for $100.

😕 We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported the January Pop Rock XDerby. Unfortunately, due to upcoming forecasted weather conditions, we’re unable to maintain the rings in a safe and rideable condition. As a result, the XDerby event scheduled for January 25 and 26 has been cancelled.

We will be issuing full refunds to all participants. If you have not received your refund by Thursday, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we will ensure it’s promptly processed. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

As soon as the freeze lifts and the rings are thawed, we’ll be back open for XDerby schooling, so stay tuned! In the meantime, we’d love to invite you to join us for the 🩷 Hot Pink XDerby on February 15 and 16, benefiting Gallop for Life! We hope to see you there — weather permitting!

❄☃❄ After a fun filled holiday Donation X-Derby, we’re excited to announce that Ashely Helms (aka “Frosty”) won the Gallop for Life raffle! The raffle contestants all generously donated to the Gallop for Life charity (gallopforlife.org), which supports equestrians battling cancer. We are so grateful for all the donations we received, and Ashley‘s raffle win entitles her to a free entry to our Rock 'N Roll X-Derby in January! Thank you everyone!! 🩷

As a 501(c)(3) our mission is dedicated to equestrian sport from grass roots to the FEI levels at Loch Moy Farm, and we’re committed to providing funding for the development of dedicated riders from diverse backgrounds to compete at the top levels of our sport.

We annually award MIEF Dedicated Rider Scholarships of up to $1,000, to riders competing at the 1*, 2*, 3* and 4* levels at the Maryland International. These scholarships assist by covering entry fees, stabling and accommodations for recipients. We also offer the Menfelt Adult Amateur Eventing Scholarship sponsored by Dale Clabaugh, State Farm Agent (Walkersville, MD) and the Merrylegs Junior Rider Scholarships, sponsored by Triple Crown Nutrition.

🍂 Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

🙏 Today, as every day, our hearts are full. We are so thankful for everyone involved with what we do here at Loch Moy Farm, from schooling and clinics right on up to our Maryland International, Championships and everything in between. None of it would happen without the support of our communities both literal and figurative. Thank you to EVERYONE volunteers, competitors, trainers, sponsors, owners, officials, our incredible staff, all the parents, those who give up their down-time to drive the trailer, you know who you are. And thank you to the horses. Without you, there wouldn't really be much point.
