Empress Labradors Homestead Welcome to Empress Labradors and Bassett Hounds. We do ALL the proper health testing when breeding. All proper vaccines will be given.

We have been breeding AKC registered Labradors for over 30 years with countless champions, performance title holders, along with fabulous temperaments. All Empress Labrador puppies will stay with their mother a minimum of eight weeks before being released to their new owners. De-worming will be administered. Records will be provided and a Bill of Sale to the buyer. All puppies are guaranteed from

genetic problems such as hip dysplasia and or eye problems. All of our dogs have their proper clearances for breeding. All puppies are temperament tested and evaluated so that every puppy can go into a home that they and you are happy with. All puppies sold for pet situations are sold with a limited registration through the American Kennel Club. Puppies are $ 3,500.00 and $ 500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to be putting on the waiting list for one of our puppies. Please keep in mind that us as breeders have no control of what color or s*x is born so please be willing to accept a different color and or s*x. Along with purchasing one of our pups they are micro-chipped and registered with Pet Key for lifetime training, amber alert sent if your pet gets away from you, for an extra $ 50.00 (if your vet would preform this procedure it would cost you $ 60 to $ 100.00.) start thinking of long registered name with the Empress name at the beginning of the name. Also, just remember, you are buying a LIFETIME of love, companionship, dedication, and enjoyment so please purchase Labrador puppies from reputable breeders.

What a fabulous day sending Sparkle’s puppies off to their next chapter with these fabulous families !
Goff family flew in from Massachusetts getting their second dog from me. They tell me they will only get an Empress lab makes my heart beam.
Moritz (Dena) family came to get her second dog from me. Her parents have one of my dogs, one of her siblings has one of my dogs, and her cousin this spring came in from Washington state for yes a puppy from my kennel. Family love for sure. TY all ❤️
Bergman family came in from Ohio and this is their second Empress puppy. *forgot to get a picture of you guys sorry !
Buhr, Jacob, Steele (father and son) family this is their first puppy from me and so glad add you to our Empress family. With all the travel delays from the Microsoft melt down I know it made it stressful and so sorry about that.
Sparkle puppy families please check your email (spam as well) for 3 emails.
1.) Royal Canin food recommendation discount.
2.) AKC reunite email for microchip (double check all the information I typed in is correct. (This email should arrive in a couple days.)
3.) AKC American Kennel Club for filling out paperwork for the AKC papers. Please remember when creating a long registered name it must be different and unique or they will send it back stating that name might be taken. (This email should come by the end of the week.)

Hi Everyone ! We now have this super cute black female available for her new home.
DOB 12/29/23
She is up to date for her age on all vaccines, heartworm and flea/tick preventative.
She is crate trained and walks well on a leash along with basic obedience commands.

I have donating many dogs over the years to Fidos for Freedom and I just get chills everytime I get one of these certificates.

I know we breed the best Labradors possible and have enriched so many people lives all over world but once again this is the icing on the cake!

All the blood sweat and tears doing what we do can have its highs and lows but these are the things that keeps me going doing what I do.

With the hot temperatures, I'm keeping a lookout for blue-green algae blooms in our ponds. Our dogs swim and walk tummy-deep in the ponds, occasionally drinking the water. I've learned what steps to take to keep our ponds safe for our dogs and local wildlife.

Symptoms of Blue-Green Algae Sickness in Dogs

** Vomiting
** Diarrhea
** Blood in stool or black, tarry stool
** Pale mucous membranes
** Jaundice
** Seizures
** Disorientation
** Coma

Update: Faith has found her forever home. We have Faith available again and not to her fault that we had someone saying they wanted her and excuse after excuse, appointment ( no show ) after appointment ( no show )and 2-1/2 weeks later finally told me they could NOT 🤬 take her so instead of her in a new loving home she is still here. Faith is up to date on all puppy shots, heartworm and flea and tick preventative. Crate trained and some obedience work. DOB 10-16-23 Parents are Libby x Dap Jr. She loves kids and has not yet been around cats and I don’t see it being an issue. She is as sweet as sweet can be just your typical well bred Labrador temperament. Harriett pups meet Dalton now ❤️ Like I mentioned in the Seren and Dalton video their ears are just opening and getting used to different sounds. It is normal for them to bit scared or nervous. By week 2 of meeting Dalton we should see I huge difference 🐾🐾 Enjoy.

Seren puppies meeting Dolton for the first time. Week 1 of noise and movement stimulation is always the scariest. Their ears just opened and they are getting used to new and different things. Week 2 of Dalton should be completely different. More to come.
