UPDATE: Owner located!

This dog was found near Publix in Aiken. It is microchipped, but the phone numbers are disconnected, and the address on file is not in Aiken. The lady that found it could not take it home, so we have it at The Ark for the weekend. We will be closed until Monday, but you can leave a message if the dog belongs to you. Please call 803-648-4245.

Getting work done while mom is away

A gentleman just brought in a puppy that he almost hit in the middle of the road. He was driving on Hwy 278, between Whiskey Rd and Jaywood Rd and the puppy was along that stretch of highway. He is unable to keep the puppy until an owner is located, so the puppy is here for now. If you, or someone you know is missing this puppy, please call us at 803-648-4245. Must be able to verify s*x, possibly have some pictures of the puppy, and give a more accurate location of where the dog may have been when it was picked up.
