Red Pine Equestrian is a training and sales program located in the heart of horse country, Aiken SC. We pride ourselves in the correct starting and development of our young horses, and emphasize confidence and submission to the aids throughout each horse’s development. Their proper foundation allows them to go on into successful sporthorse careers in a wide variety of disciplines.

Meet Chewi!

6yo 14.2h Draft x Pony mare. Plenty broad and takes up the leg (rider is 5’8 for reference). This gal is the CUTEST thing with the most stunning dapples you’ll ever see! Photos just don’t do her justice.

Chewi has been out hunting in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th field with Aiken Hounds since mid season this year. No prep. No vices. No spook. Not mareish. Has her own motor and keeps up with the group no problem. Very mindful about everything you ask and an absolute sweetheart in the barn. Great to hack alone or w a group, will flat around in the arena no problem, has started over little logs and cavaletti!

Evan spent his first few years off the track as a trail horse, which was excellent for his brain! He is rideable, trainable, and ready to be finished and show in any discipline this upcoming season⭐️

River is a well bred gelding with loads of potential for a variety of jobs! He spent his younger years in the western world and has made the discipline transition like a champ. River would make a super low level event horse, but is suitable for almost any job!

Ren is the perfect candidate for someone looking for a fun all arounder! Never raced, and has been off the track for many years. Ren is well broke on the flat and loves to jump! Comfortable gaits and an easy keeper. A real sweetheart.
Ren does best in a consistent program with a confident person, as he can get a bit nervous on the ground.

Offered at low 🥕 as he is not currently in consistent work. Good home is the priority!

Very pleased with these young geldings for their behavior and performance at The Vista’s YEH/FEH/NEH Qualifier last week!
Tangled Emotions scored an impressive 79.2% in the FEH-3yo, and Timbuktu stepped up to finish 3rd as a 4yo NEH with a 75.8%.
What a pleasure to have such top quality young horses in the barn🌟

Dude’s Rockin Lady 2013 16.1h TB mare Aiken SC This mare has a spectacular jump and an even better brain! Jumps around small courses, great flatwork, has a super soft mouth. Excellent ground manners. Lady would be an excellent project for a confident JR or AA to finish. *It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a horse take to cross-country this quickly— Lady was an absolute STAR for her very first XC school! She’s ready to get out and start showing!
