Are you a young equestrian looking to start or advance your riding career? Are you interested in working alongside industry professionals, or learn how to put on a recognized event? How about taking lessons with some of the best coaches in the east cost, or showing at some of the most prestigious show facilities around? Join the Full Gallop Farm Team where anything is possible!

We are an event facility in the heart of Aiken, SC. We have a heavy concentration on re- training OTTB's. This is an intensive eventing experience with lots of riding. The position will involve lots of riding, competition, Sales, training, feeding, cleaning, handling horses, grooming, tacking horses, event set-up, general horse and farm care. We provide housing for you and one horse, or you can be paired with one of our horses if you do not have one. We will provide you with lessons and training - possible competing depending on progression, work and ability. Would like someone with some jumping experience and/or experience with green horses- will look at any potential students with desire. Our students get to work with a variety of world class trainers. This is a work in exchange for housing, boarding, horse usage, training, competitions, etc. working student/Intern position. No monetary compensation. Chance to earn commission is possible if qualified and you are able to ride and market sales horses. You are welcome to hold an outside job or attend school as long as we can work with the schedule you need. We have a great 4 year college here -USC Aiken. It is a highly rated and beautiful campus. They have an equestrian club as well as various teams which we support. Our program is unique and we have a fantastic team. We pride ourselves on the team we have and we work hard together. We also organize 8 USEA/USEF recognized events per year, as well as combines tests, schooling shows, clinics, jumping derbies, team chase, etc. We have a full state of the art cross-country course Tadpole - Intermediate. We have had students go on to work for FEI level barns & many that have gone on to their own successful businesses out of our farm or their own. Come be part of a great team!

Due to personal circumstances, we’ve rescheduled the Stephen Bradley clinic that was set for next weekend. New dates are January 11-12th! The good news is this is now the perfect Christmas present for the event rider or cross-training hunter/jumper! It’s also the week before Stable View’s Aiken Opener and two weeks before our first recognized of the 2025 calendar year, so it’s the perfect set up to jump start your season!

We are also accepting entries at all levels for our recognized horse trial coming up December 8th!

Full Gallop Farm in Aiken SC is hosting its annual Halloween open Fun show and Costume contest this Sunday November 3rd. We have Halter classes, western classes, pleasure classes, Hunter, jumper obstacle course, games, and Costume contest.

I see people asking all the time for Aiken to put on more Open horses shows with classes ranging a wide variety of disciplines and fun classes - Please come out and show you support to have more of these types of shows in Aiken.

You can enter the day of the horse show but we would like to have an idea of what people are wanting to enter and have an idea of numbers of competitors.

If you are planning on coming on Sunday please look over the show bill and PLEASE PM me and let me know what you are thinking about entering. You can add, drop etc the day of the show.

FGF Valiant Mistress

“Val” is a lovely 4YO prospect now available in Aiken SC. Currently 15.3 hands.
Val has shown successfully at the beginner novice level and 2’6 jumpers and would be suitable for a job in either ring!
While still on the green side, Val is a Very brave and willing partner. She would excel with a game rider looking for a bold partner to compete with!

Val hacks alone and in company. She is great for the vet/farrier. Very easy keeper. No maintenance and no injuries.

IMPORTANT!!! Full Gallop Farm in Aiken, SC updates:

- We are still taking entries for the schooling horse trials, combined tests, Dressage tests, Schooling jump rounds, chose you phase or phases this Sunday 10/20/2024. You can still enter thru EventEntries.com

- XC Schooling is open until horses are scheduled to go out of the start box and then reopens once the last horse finishes.

- I am need of volunteers for the schooling HT this Sunday you can earn free XC schooling or save your days up towards a free entry. The vol credits have no expiration and are transferable.

- Our Halloween fun show and costume contest was moved from Next Sunday October 27th to the following weekend Nov 3rd. Forms and info are on our website fullgallopfarm.com

- We have Stephen S. Bradley Eventing scheduled for a two day clinic on Nov 23rd, 2024. Entry form and info located on fullgallopfarm.com.

- Our December Recognized event, the first event for 2025 opens next Tuesday Oct 22nd.

- We have lots of new horses that have come in that are not on the website. Nice TB's most are RRP eligible with good brains. We also have 60 plus horses posted on the website at various levels, and budgets.
