Horses are staying in! The barn is the coldest inside I have seen in 4 years. Only 25 degrees! All are getting extra hay and hot water in buckets.

The Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) over the barn were visible to the naked eye but Aimee's photography really showed them off!

Have you made your winter riding plans yet? We have a huge indoor arena perfect for staying warm and dry while you ride!

We are a boarder-centric barn. No public lessons, no screaming kids (or parents). Plenty of space for tack and equipment plus a heated viewing room. Hot water in the wash stall!

Horses are turned out daily as weather permits in semi-private paddocks.

Finally got pictures of the juvenile bald eagle flying around the back pasture. The adult is also nearby but too far away for a good picture. Quite an impressive sight!
