I have 2 foster dogs with me who are ready for their very own home.
They are not affiliated with a rescue, but if the right rescue were to take them in and place them in appropriate foster/forever homes, I'm fine with that.

Name: Saban
Breed: GSD/Malinois
Location: Central Alabama
3 y/o male, currently intact. Must be neutered.
He's safe with me but I HAVE to find him a foster/rescue placement or appropriate home, and soon. I have many of my own personal GSD and malinois and paying client dogs that take up most of my time. It isn't fair for him to sit here forever waiting.
He's medium drive overall. Low end of high food drive. Toy drive is in there, but wasn't fostered much in previous homes so he's unsure of what's okay and what isn't.
I've not tested him with a lot of dogs, but he was living with a German shepherd in his last home and has been fine with my older, lower energy dogs here.
So far, he doesn't seem to have any interest in my cats. It is worth noting that my cats are ridiculously dog savvy and do not typically run or do things that would normally trigger prey drive in dogs.
He's crate trained and settles fine in the crate.
He is house trained but will need time to generalize in a new setting.
I do not recommend a home with small/young children. He is a BIG boy. I do think he will be fine with older kids/teens who understand boundaries with dogs.
I think he would make a fine entry level sport dog for things like nosework, rally, weight pull, etc. Not a bitework prospect.
Transport to the right foster/rescue or home can be arranged.

Name: Yo/Yabo/Odie, responds to them all
Breed: Mixy-Mix, but embark posted below
Gender: Neutered male
Age: Estimated to be about 2 years
The Good: Yabo is one of the sweetest, easy to get along with dogs I've met. He's good with other dogs and submissive to any sign of aggression from another dog. He mostly ignores my cats. He loves everyone he meets - though I haven't had an opportunity to test him with little little kiddos. He's been great with everyone 8 yrs and up. I think he would do just fine with youngers, I just haven't tested it.
He's super food motivated, so relatively easy to train.
He's crate trained and house trained.
While he would be an excellent pet dog for someone, he would also enjoy some funsy sporty stuff. He's been introduced to rats (barn hunt), loves to swim (has no interest in leaving the dock yet), enjoys pulling (weight pull), and could do alright in scentwork.
The Bad: He's been with me for a little over a year and I've honestly not taken time to teach him basic obedience or manners. He isn't rude, and he's pretty good in the house, just don't expect him to be a rockstar obedience candidate.
The Ugly: Little homie has pretty severe hip dysplasia. I can provide rads (given I can find where they're buried in my phone). He is mostly asymptomatic as long as he remains on his glucosamine supplements and gets regular exercise that targets maintaining hip muscles. This is the biggest reason I've held onto him for so long. I want to know he's going to someone who can make the right decisions for his well-being. So, that being said, no high impact sports for this dude.

It's been tough making the decision to place him, but he just doesn't get enough one on one time here. Happy to answer any questions. Currently located in Birmingham, AL but transport is available to the right home.
There will be a reasonable, small 🏠💵 and low transport costs if transport is needed.
