We own five adorable Westies.Our dogs and puppies live in the house with us. I dont consider myself as a kennel. Puppies born are born in my house.

I dont have dog runs, i have a house full of love for my dogs. A nice quiet room for mom and babies.

My personal opinion, I like my puppies to stay with mom until they are 8 weeks old. I think staying with mom that extra two weeks is healthy for the puppies.
I have one girl left in Pipers litter, she can go home the week of December 18th.
I have one girl left from Sophie’s litter, she can go home the week of December 25th.

Sophie’s babies are getting around too. There eyes are not open yet. They will be two weeks old Wednesday.

Puppies went to the vet yesterday and had their dew claws removed, plus their first vet check. We got a,”good looking and healthy puppies” from our vet.
Here are the babies this Sunday morning.

Piper had 3 boys and 2 girls. Momma and puppies are doing great!!! I will take some pictures of them later.All of these puppies are taken.
Sophie will have her puppies in a few days.
The vet said it looks like Sophie will have two or three puppies.
I don't know what she is having but they are not taken.

Playtime

Monday morning. Floors mopped, puppies out to eat and play. Next step, check butts and clean if needed. Watching them grow up, tails wagging, it’s all worth it. God’s little creations.
